This purchase was to replace a 5 year old LG washer model that looks identical to the new washer except for color. The old washer was still working with no repairs. I decided to replace both LG washer and dryer, due to old LG dryer requiring a second $600 repair.

This was a replacement LG for our old one - the bearings were shot.
This is far superior - super quiet and it removes more water from the clothes than the older one did - less time in the drier!!
Best Buy installers were efficient, COVID safe and timely.

I love my new washing machine. It fits perfectly on my old pedestal which was important to me. Saved a few dollars!
Wash cycles are all similar to my old LG from 12 years ago but it is much quieter.

I am so happy to be able to wash larger items in the LG washer. Pillows, blankets, comforters, tablecloths and curtains will no longer be forsaken. Saves much water.

It does what it's supposed to do and so far we ain't have any issues. The capacity works for our family and there are plenty of wash options without going overboard

Needed a new washing since our old one died so bought this one and its so great. Washes the clothes very well and love the integration with the app. Very easy to use.

Everything went very smoothly; from ordering online, scheduling delivery, to delivery and installation there were no issues. We had a similar model that was 13 years old. Very happy so far with this purchase. We have used it for about a month now.

Happy Happy Happy - three words that describe my wife after we got this installed - replaced a front load samsung washer. this one is much quieter which makes eveyone happier since it is right off our kitchen

This washer seems to clean clothes well. The process is quiet and there are many cleaning cycles to choose from. The ThinQ option is nice, though it's most usable features are the notifications when the cycle is done and when the tub needs to be cleaned. I don't know how this compares to other machines, but for the price, it seemed worth it.

Within a month or two of this product being delivered and used, we began experience issues with the washing machine leaving a musty and moldy smell on all our clothes. However, because the product was outside the 15 day return policy, we were force to contact Geek Squad for further support. Geek Squad said that they could not find anything mechanically wrong with the product (despite their tech saying that he could totally smell the musty and moldy smell on a piece of clothing) and said that we should contact LG for further support. We attempted to contact LG and they blamed all issues with the product on the fact that the state laws in CA require energy/water efficiency, user error (despite the fact that we complied with all their recommend suggestions on maintenance (back to back tub cleans, use of special sanitizing product, wiping down machine, leaving door open, and using recommended laundry detergents, etc.), plumbing issues with our house (despite the fact that the house is a new construction home built in Sept. 2021) and water quality issues (despite the fact that we purchased a whole house water filter for our home specifically to eliminate this as a factor). Finally, LG stated that we need to run with all washes and tub cleans some type of laundry sanitizer product. While this suggestion did eliminate most of the odors coming from our clothes, I did not buy this product with the expectation that I would be forced to use laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis to keep my clothes from smelling after each wash. Moreover, using a laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis did not eliminate the smell completely. After LG ignored our cries for help, we turned back to Best Buy/Geek Squad because of our extended warranty on the washing machine that we purchased for nearly $500. Best Buy/Geek Squad continually shuffled us back and forth between different personnel, some who promised a return or exchange of the machine only to be told later on that particular personnel did not have authority to authorize a return or exchange. I called the manager from the store we purchased the product from and he ignore our pleads for help. The bottom line is this, Best Buy, Geek Squad and LG do not care about customer satisfaction or stand by the products they sell. A washing machine should make your clothes smell better after use; not worse. Moreover, LG has had major lawsuit in the past over the same exact issues with their front load washers in the past. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years. I’ve spending thousands of dollars with this company, but after this experience, I think I will be looking for other venders to buy electronic products.

Love it. Obviously when you get a new washing machine appliance, you get addicted to washing clothes for at least a month! It’s a great machine, so far so good. No complaints. Definitely get the warranty kits in case.

It always smells fresh! I've never been able to say that about a washing machine. Beyond that, the allergene cycle is incredible if you have allergies/asthma. I purchased it as a replacement for a relatively new unit from a popular electronics manufacturer. They're not even on the same level. This product cleans on a much deeper level without damaging fabric. Totally impressed!

This washer is quiet, efficient, has several different wash cycles, I especially like the allergy cleaning cycle for our cat's dander, and I got a $75 rebate from our town since it uses a low amount of water.
