This is a machine that has everything i was looking for in addition to the cost an affordable price great discount. Never had an LG washer always bought the traditional brands. This is an absolutely beautiful machine. I didn’t have a washer for years and going from nothing to this is just magical. Highly recommend it. Has so many great features and doesn’t damage my clothes at all.

Intuitive and modern interface with lots of preprogrammed operations. Spins extremely fast yet very quiet. Added the storage base which also elevates the washer making it easier to access.

Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had. Mostly about BB delivery and pickup services (which just ghosted us after waiting a week), but the washing machine itself doesn't operate as one would expect after spending nearly a thousand dollars on a clothes-washing-machine. PASS! It smells like burned rubber every time it's opened. It leaks from the front while it's running. I've been a BB customer for over 15 years. I've paid for their extra coverage every single year. The support I've gotten for this device just shows me how important it is to avoid giving money to these corporate giants. They don't give a crap about your experience, money spent, etc., as long as the check clears. Spend an extra $100 and buy from a local store!

I love this washer; still trying to understand all of its magic but it is such a joy to use and it is doing a grand job on all items. Would heartily recommend it....I wish the manual was more detailed but it has the basics.

Less money and get the best washer. East to install no need to get technical expert. Connect to wife and watch in phone by app.

This is an awesome washer. The unit is much quieter than my original washer and there is very little vibration. The ability to link it to the LG ThinQ app is a plus. Highly recommended!

I had always been guarded about front load washers but after doing my research, I decided on this washer. I love how clean my clothes are, easy to use and easy to clean.

Just got washer a couple days ago and did couple loads of laundry. So far everything appears to be good. The installer was great & answered questions.
