Very satisfied after first month, clothes come out very clean and the features and programs all work very well. Washing time is much shorter on this model than our previous Maytag.

the wife and I love this unit looks great works great.easy to use all set up just turn dial to what you want to wash it dose the rest unless you just want cold instead of warm etc its a 10 in my book.

Appliance is so quiet! Many “bells and whistles” still learning. Manufacturer does not include much detail in the owner’s manual. LG could be better at allowing access to customer service reps who are customer friendly.

Pretty much identical to our old LG dryer that broke down after about 12 years. Cold gets most things clean, uses small amount of detergent. Everything is great, except I don't like how the Normal wash is a short cycle. I have active people in the house and really need a normal length cycle to get everything clean, and you can't adjust or reset the Normal as far as I can tell, you need to use the Download wash which is like the old Normal, or adjust one of the other wash functions.

Superior washer (clearly an upgrade from our previous LG front loader), with exceptional delivery and set up. Additionally, the incorporation of Wi-Fi technology is a real plus.

This is the quietest washing machine I have ever owned. Clothes smell fresh after the cycle.

We've had it for a year now and are very happy. It is far faster than we expected (under 30 minutes for a typical load) and quieter than we expected.

This washer is amazing! It has so many options to choose from! The speed wash is great! I washed a load of towels in 18 minutes. The smart option is really good the app on my phone alerts me when it has completed the cycle. The app also lets me know when I should run a cleaning cycle. I give this washer more than 5 stars!

Delivered on June 14, 2021 I would not recommend this washer. I wouldn't even recommend getting a front loader if you can avoid it. I had to purchase the front loader because I am short and my last washer was the one that doesn't have the agitator, just a flat drum on the bottom that rips your cloths to pieces. The only way I can describe this washer is when it's washing, is it sounds like a 747 - yes, the airplane. It is so loud!! This washer is way to harsh on the cloths no matter what setting. I leave the door open after every wash and wipe the seal and it still stinks. I put a load in at 8:00am, went to switch out at 12:30 and the cloths already had the funky smell on it. The tray ALWAYS has left over residue of soap or softner left in it. WHY??? I barely put any in it!! Very disappointed in this washer. I've been doing laundry for 30 years, I use great products for my cloths so I know a good washer from a piece of junk. This is a piece of junk. I don't care how many options it has. You don't need them, and you will never use them. Cold, hot, warm - heavy duty, normal, delicate. That's all you need. Save your money. I didn't want to get a Samsung, because I know first hand home appliances is not their forte. But I'm wishing I would've just taken a chance. Practically half the price than this stinky, loud, monstrous thing I'm stuck with! And delivery was a joke! They would NOT balance it, they were mad because they had to relocate my old washer, and they put the hoses on the wrong spigot, so hot was on cold and cold was on hot. Mind you, I paid for them to do this!! ugh!

Love the different settings and the steam options. The speed wash function does a load in 15 minutes. Really quiet and very little vibration compared to our first front loader that was 15 years old.

So far, so good! Returned a Whirlpool washer and replaced it with this one. Haven't had any issues with it, easy to use and has lots of great features. Works well with large loads even on regular cycle.

LG really outdid themselves with this product. Super High Quality and Quiet. After a month of use, I would never consider anything else. Makes washing so easy for the entire family.

It is quieter and much much quicker than our Bosch Washing machine which it replaces!

We loved this washing machine. It worked excellently for 10 years thn had some mechanical problems. Instead of costly repairs we opted to buy another washer.

So far so good. Nice set of wash cycles and fit on my old LG stand. Old one kept having problems with the bearings and i was tired of replacing them. Hopefully this one will not have the same problem.

Nice washer. Was featured on Consumer Reports top 5 list. Several choices for wash cycles - definitely italy more than I'll need or use.
