Clothes come out super clean and this is really easy to use. The “Downloaded” function is an added benefit and works great.

So quite through all cycles. Still getting used to how to set up a wash cycle but so far very impressive.

There was a little hiccup with the installation but otherwise enjoying it so far. Seems to operate quieter than the previous one I had.

We love the new stackables. The Geek squad did a great job installing them.

The washer is great so far. It finishes a load much faster than my old top-loading Maytag . It also uses much less water and the clothes retain much less water. This improves drying time. Up to now I am very pleased with this purchase with the exception of the installation which I commented on in an earlier review.

I love this machine. It is easy to operate and probably has more features than I can use! Given the delays in the supply chain, it took a long time to get it, but was worth the wait.

Haven't had this washer very long, but every cycle I've tried has worked perfectly. Everything came out very clean.

Have only had this appliance for a week now, but it is functioning as expected.

After 12 years, my LG washer was no longer up to the task. After researching other brands I decided to go back to what I had originally and am very happy. Other than a few energy savings additions and the wireless capability, the washer is little changed from the older model I had. I hope that the build quality is as good as the old one but only time to tell. Was able to get this with a President's sale discount as well.

What a quiet running machine. Operates easily and uses less water and electricity which is a major plus. Haul away of old washer was free since being a Best Buy Member.

Got this during the Black Friday holiday sale and definitely got a great deal. Easy to use and the black color is nice.

This LGTHINQ machine is something out of the science books. This washing machine is smart and Big and Determines how much water to use according to the load size. With a gas hot water heater the cost per year is an unbelievable $12. I know it sounds incredible but that’s the cost per year to run this washing machine.

Loving the new washer. No issues after 6 week or so. Quieter than our GE front loader and more advanced. I enjoy the app integration but it shouldn't be a must-have for anyone.

Excellent buy. Uses very little water and cloths are clean. More complicated than an on off switch. But welcome to 2021. Features are extraordinary. Love it.
