    This washing machine is really awesome. It has options that can do a wash load quickly. It looks the part too. The delivery from Best Buy was first rate. They were on time and the two guys unpacked the washer and dryer outside my home so the packaging doesn’t go everywhere in my house. The whole delivery, setup and testing took 15 mins tops. These machines were to heavy I’m so glad I went with Best Buy. The Bestbuy reward was an extra perk over the competitor big box store.

    It does a very good job of washing clothes, but the whole device is more complicated than it needs to be, with more than 50 possible settings. And I don't need it to connect to the internet so I can control it via an app. Why would I want to start/stop it remotely if I have to be present to load/unload it?

    It's okay. It washes clothes. Not much different from our 15-year old Maytag that died. Not convinced it is worth the extra cost for a "fancy" machine. Also, it emits a VERY strong rubber odor (from the door seal); it will affect the smell of the room in which you install it.

    I really can’t give a good opinion of this machine because it came by accident I had ordered the black steel LG with the square door but I can give an opinion on the LG machine I bought. It is phenomenal and the steam clean is just taking your laundry to another level. It’s awesome and I will never buy anything again unless it’s steam clean. They are beautiful looking machines too.
