Only thing that is a bit odd is how easily the door comes open. Feels like even if you really close it hard it is barely closed. Doesn’t affect the function since it locks while washing though.

The first one lasted 15 years and never had any problems. The new washer has the same features as my old one and the loads wash faster. We've only had it for a month. I hope it will last another 15 years!

Brought it home hooked it up would not wash clothes straight out of the box all it would do is make a grinding noise so took it back went to the local speed queen dealer and bought a washer. I know that will work for at least the next 10 years. The only good thing I can say is there was no hassle returning it at Best Buy.

This is something that is common on machines today. You can download one from the internet (seriously???) WiFi on a washer is plainly stupid. Aside from that this is my second LG in 12 years. That’s about as long as these things last as big repairs don’t make financial sense.

Good Modern Clothes Washer

Considering our laundry is in a separate garage, we really like how it will notify you on your app when the cycle is ready. And if you also have a newer LG TV, you can have the notification show up in the TV. Though it took some time to set up the app and network because instructions were not clear. In the end, we would recommend this product.

I've had it for only four to five weeks, so getting used to it. Has some great features to it. Wish it had hand wash, but I think that was the next model up. Unfortunately, the utility room didn't allow for the next larger size.
