    This washing machine is quiet and uses less detergent than my old top loading machine. The only complaint is having to make sure the inside around door is supposed to be dried manually to prevent mold. However, I believe I have solved this by leaving the door open to air dry. I have used many settings and am pleased with the results.

    Mostly great. Gets clothes clean without using much water. No funky smell yet, though I leave the door open between washes. I'll do a cleaning cycle with bleach when I get to 1 month. One time it kept spinning a blanket forever trying to get it dry enough. I got impatient and just threw it in the dryer and it dried fine. But it never happened again even with the same blanket.

    I have to close the door twice every time because it’s hard to catch the lock. Also, not easy to read the buttons for the cycles. Clothes are sometimes soaked after a wash. My older model was better.

    So far, an excellent washing machine. We debated between this model and one of the lower LG models without the TurboWash 360 feature. Very happy we decided on this one as we already love that feature and the time savings it creates.
