Great washer terrible install

Much less than my 13yr old LG front loader. The cycle times are less due to the updated design technology. Also the machine does not do a dance on high spin. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the installation crew. They didn't fasten the washer to the pedestal properly. Didn't plug the holes after the 4 large bolts that secure tub during shipment were removed with the supplies caps. They did not leave the caps nor the leveling wrench and other parts of the installation kit .... which is the property of the customer. After many calls they are finally coming back to finish the installation.

The connected app is fantastic as well as we can get alerts when to move laundry, or service the machine directly to our phone without listening for the chime from the actual washer.

They have the nerve to say they are doing this for enviornmental reasons. Drain hose is too short. An hour on phone with LG and no one could say if adding an extention would or would not damage the pump. No one could say where to get an extension or how to hook it up.

Knowledgeable staff, which is rare relative to competitors or online options. Washer and dryer are exceptional units thus far, although it is very early. Quite satisfied at this time.

Not ONLY was I told to go to different stores during pickup- hours away, I wasn’t given information. The agent sent me ORIGINAL RECEIPT to the WRONG email address. Then said they can’t send me another receipt. Due to their ERROR! So, I’m absolutely appalled at the horrible CS I have received from day one. Now it’s weeks later and they still have horrible CS. Lied to about warranty, paid extra, can’t login to MY account I’ve had for a decade, their fault. I mean, the list goes on and on. If I were to actually win something, it would make this experience worth it. lol. Otherwise, I am EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. I have sent formal complaints, but apparently they don’t do anything and aren’t even logged. So, yeah. There’s that.
