    I am very pleased with my new LG washing machine with all the options, which I am still figuring out with the help of the manual. My old machine was over 25 years old, so having this high tech machine will be awesome.

    The washer itself is wonderful. Uses very little water. Much less than my 13yr old LG front loader. The cycle times are less due to the updated design technology. Also the machine does not do a dance on high spin. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the installation crew. They didn't fasten the washer to the pedestal properly. Didn't plug the holes after the 4 large bolts that secure tub during shipment were removed with the supplies caps. They did not leave the caps nor the leveling wrench and other parts of the installation kit .... which is the property of the customer. After many calls they are finally coming back to finish the installation.

    Great washer. The connected app is fantastic as well as we can get alerts when to move laundry, or service the machine directly to our phone without listening for the chime from the actual washer.

    Excellent washer. My wife loves how quick the cycles are. Replaced a 17 year old LG stackable with this. Only issue was how short the drain hose was that came with it.

    Great washer getting clothes clean is so easy with this unit. The Turbo Wash for Whites is great. Getting the matching dryer. Tony the appliance manger at the Pearland store is the best.

    Great product, replaced a 12 yr. Old LG. With many miles on it. This has a few upgrades that washing easier, and uses less water. Very happy with results

    Very nice machine but you really need to have some knowledge of how computers work. Can do without the code letters the machine gives you for various problems. They are in the manual.
