    I have yet to use this item because BestBuy installed it incorrectly weeks ago and has failed to return, despite many appointments, to fix the installation.

    Old washer developed a leak under it and since it was out of warranty time to get a new one. Love the phone notifications through ThinQ since the units are on the other side of the house.

    So far so good. I love this washer looks beautiful works great. The only complaint so far is that the panel is hard to read. But I still give it 5 star.

    So far works as expected. Wish it had some shorter quick wash cycles, but the AI works well and does shorten a smaller load wash time to 29 minutes.

    I love this washing machine, the different settings are fantastic, and it can do a normal load in around 30 minutes, which is so much quicker than my previous washer!

    Listen... it does the job, but the wifi is inconsistent. I can't quite figure out why it works sometimes, but not others, its annoy. Other than that, its fine. Cleans my clothes.
