    Very disappointed after 2 months of use. There's water leaking on the floor. We are stuck with this product. Still contacting LG and no response yet. Who want to buy a product that pay out over a grand and find out it's not working well after 2 months. Obviously can't return to BestBuy due to their return policy.

    This LG is a noisy waste of money....

    so this is our 2nd LG HE front loader. This one took the place of the 1st one that made it 10 years. This one, unfortunately, is awful! Its very noisy, the motor pulsing and humming at least every 8-10 seconds during the washing. And when the motor winds up, you can hear it everywhere in the house practically. Noisy too in Turbo Mode which CANNOT be de-selected in the normal wash cycle. There are few cycles where one can actually de-select turbo mode and its noisy in turbo mode too. Also when the washer turn on/off water supply it seems to do so so quickly the pipes now bang! Finally, I happen to be a "manual" person and like to know how to operate correctly the appliance - I like a paper manual. If you do too, you won't get one here. There are about 1-2 pages of operating instructions - how to set up the washer and load the soap and thats it! No owners manual suppled.

    Loud AF and it sounds like a turbine turning

    Washes fast but my God is it loud! One day I thought a tractor was outside as we live in a new construction. There was no tractor it was the washer upstairs ringing out the wet clothes on spin.

    The washer and dryer are very good and we are glad we bought them. The installation service was terrible. Neither appliance was properly leveled, They brought the wrong dryer power cord, and they failed to install the vent hose properly. The washing machine still had the drum protection bolts in. Absolutely terrible service.

    Falling Lint from Dryer

    LG has a flat in the dryer unit. As it's drying all the lint retracts from the vent and accumulates around the door. Once the dryer is complete, and you open the door, 10% falls out. Not sure why LG hasn't taken time to resolve this matter, but I returned my units. This issue can cause a serious hazard to your home.

    If you have a older machine and it works, keep it. While this washer looks beautiful with the rose gold trim, it's really junk. My third Samsung in two months and this one can basically do a average load of laundry on the quick cycle However, when it comes to ringing out pillows or so on, it can't. I don't know if the answer is to buy American but not happy with this machine and would not recommend it. It can be very loud at times too.

    Easy to use with a wide selection of washing options. Although it is a low decibel model, it is noisier than the older model we replaced it with.

    DON’T have “best buy” install or deliver appliances! The 3rd party employees they hire will damage your home and best buy and that 3rd party will refuse to take responsibility. Sitting here with water and floor damage in the thousands that I’m going to have to pay for unless I want to sue.

    Nice looking dryer. We receive a daily error 'd80' and which requires a second run for 'Quick Dry' to complete. Scale of 1 - 10, we're about a solid 4. Bizarre for a $1,000 dryer. Oh and the delivery guys deserve high phrase. They were so kind and professional.

    Dryer doesn't work, and isn't easy to fix

    I purchased this in June 2024. It has never worked correctly. LG has been out to look at it twice but hasn't been able to fix it. The dryer component is the issue. It can't get the clothes even close to dry.

    Delivered without stacking kit. Dryer sat in living room for another week. Delivered stacking kit but didn’t install. Would have waited another week for that. Had to install ourselves. now having issue with refrigerator delivery. Don’t buy from Best Lies.

    Washer arrived dented (discovered after installers left). Washer made loud screeching noises during cycle. Called Best Buy and they replaced. Took two trips for our old machines to be picked up. Not a great experience with this purchase.

    Washing machine leaked and required a Rube Goldberg connection to extend the drain hose to reach our drain pipe. Conversations with Best Buy and LG service provide an unacceptable solution If your drain pipe is located on the right side of the washing machine as you face the machine it is likely that you will encounter the same issue - the drain hose will not reach the drain

    The electronics and app pretty poor. The controls on the unit feel pretty cheap and it’s confusing. It seems to wash cloths pretty good. I guess that’s what it’s supposed to do. LG needs some help with user interface though.
