I have to pull hard in order to open it. It doesn't close correctly too, it has a noticeable gap. I wonder how this pass quality assurance

They have multiple call centers across multiple countries, long wait times, no central place for coordination and they don’t actually care about the end customer experience. In fact, they literally lie to get you off the phone. Would never buy from BestBuy again.

Not very user friendly

Because it was a stacked washer/dryer, LG refused to honor the warranty unless we unstacked it. Now almost exactly two years later, the bearings have apparently gone out and when I called a recommended appliance repair they said they do not service stacked units and their recommendation is just to buy a new washer.

The delivery people absolutely destroyed these when they delivered them. Best Buy offered a measly $200 GIFT CARD, not even a refund. Then never sent it. I’ve contact them twice and they’ve completely blown me off. PURCHASE FROM ANYWHERE BUT BESTBUY!!!
