Does a good job, is quiet and is fairly easy to use.

I bought this washer with the matching dryer. The versatility is very fascinating with cycles for just about every imaginable situation. My only complaint is that communication with the app is not always reliable. It does not always alert me when a cycle is done. One little bit of advice on placement - the washer door opens to the left, the dryer door to the right (but can be switched). If possible, place the dryer to the right of the washer for easy transfer of your load.

The machine uses little water, gets clothes clean, is quiet.

early review had for 2 weeks, had 10 LG front loader and was too expensive to repair in my opinion, this one is better more settings and does a better job of washing. Big plus is that the spin is so much quieter and less vibrations that my old lg

Just purchased. Works great so far. Very quiet. Clothes come out clean. Haven't yet tried all the different cycles so can't comment on them. The only dislike my wife has is that there is no light inside the drum. Her previous washer had a light and she was spoiled by that.

We chose LG because of the excellent quality of our previous washer/dryer set. This model has a great set of features at a great price point. Steam mode is a plus. Mobile connectivity with downloadable custom cycles is a meaningful plus! Delivery from Best Buy to a second floor location went smoothly.

Love this washing machine. Amazing how quite and quick it is. Huge upgrade from our old Front loader. Biggest difference is the vibration level on this model while in high speed spin is easily less than half of what our old washer was

Great washing machine. Easy to use and fast cycles. The spin cycle eliminates a great deal of water from the load, so I have noticed my clothes need less time to dry in the dryer. Bonus!

I like the washer. It was a bit of a learning process when I first got it. It has a very strong spin cycle with turbo wash on. That’s usually a good thing but it shredded quite a few cloth diapers at the lowest spin setting before I figured things out.

This gets only 3 stars because it is a replacement washer. My previous model stop working less than 5 years. WOW! With the price of these, they should at least last for 10 years. Although the motor has the warranty, with labor it was not worth repairing and we were told 5 plus months for parts. So that basically invalidates the warranty.

We are really liking this washer so far. It functions quietly, smoothly, quickly, and has a built in mode for just about everything you could think. We do not utilize the smart things feature, and don't feel like we are missing anything. It makes it very evident that we need a new dryer as well (we can do two loads of laundry in the time it takes our dryer to finish one cycle).

The features are better than the last washer we had

So far so good. Am very happy with purchase. Transitioned from top loader machine over ten years old. Laundry comes out so clean and I love how efficient this machine is. Only draw back is amount of time it takes to do one load, but because of efficiency, less loads required, and end result, it’s totally worth it.

Purchased this unit as a companion to the dryer and I couldn’t be more pleased. The cycle times are much faster than I had led to be believed for a front load washer. Again both reviews as well as the fact that two close friends also have this model sealed the deal. Quite a change from my forty year old sears washer/ dryer.

Super quiet machine with a huge tub. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Lots of buttons... YouTube to the rescue! The only surprise was that the machine runs a lot longer than our old machine. Try Speed Wash setting if you're in a hurry.
