So far so good. Am very happy with purchase. Transitioned from top loader machine over ten years old. Laundry comes out so clean and I love how efficient this machine is. Only draw back is amount of time it takes to do one load, but because of efficiency, less loads required, and end result, it’s totally worth it.

Quiet operation and does a great job cleaning large and small loads Remember to use less soap than usual (about 3 tablespoons) for the best results.

Great washing machine. Easy to use and fast cycles. The spin cycle eliminates a great deal of water from the load, so I have noticed my clothes need less time to dry in the dryer. Bonus!

This gets only 3 stars because it is a replacement washer. My previous model stop working less than 5 years. WOW! With the price of these, they should at least last for 10 years. Although the motor has the warranty, with labor it was not worth repairing and we were told 5 plus months for parts. So that basically invalidates the warranty.

Super quiet machine with a huge tub. I am very satisfied with this purchase. Lots of buttons... YouTube to the rescue! The only surprise was that the machine runs a lot longer than our old machine. Try Speed Wash setting if you're in a hurry.

I like the washer. It was a bit of a learning process when I first got it. It has a very strong spin cycle with turbo wash on. That’s usually a good thing but it shredded quite a few cloth diapers at the lowest spin setting before I figured things out.

Does a very good job of cleaning the clothes. with previous washer when I wash rugs it would take days to dry it when hang dry as recommended but with this new washer rugs dry quickly and same with towels as well. Normal cycle is very quick and very efficient in getting the job done. Love the turbo wash option as well.

I love this washer! I’ve had it now for a month, and I’m really loving all the additional settings including the allergiene setting! It also is larger than my previous LG front load, purchased in 2009, so I’m finding I have fewer loads of laundry to do each week.

Love Samsung Washer and Dryers!! This is our 2nd time purchasing washer & dryer from them. Our last set lasted us 15yrs. So far this product has been amazing as well and love the water saving feature!

I was looking to upgrade my old front loader set. The old white set worked fine, I just wanted the newer technology with the bells & whistles. I'm definitely enjoying it so far. 1 load down, a million more to go! I hope!!

So far I am enjoying my washer use it very often and does a good job

We are very pleased with our new LG washer. It does an excellent job cleaning and is much quieter than our old front loader. We like having the TurboSteam option for sheets and such even though that cycle is quite long. The other cycle times are much shorter than before. The only catch is that the finish scratches very easily, so don't set your detergent bottle on top! Overall, we are very satisfied. Note: our washer is not on the internet and we have no intention of ever using the app. So far that has not caused any problems or limitations for us.

Bought for my mom! Super easy, affordable and efficient

We are really liking this washer so far. It functions quietly, smoothly, quickly, and has a built in mode for just about everything you could think. We do not utilize the smart things feature, and don't feel like we are missing anything. It makes it very evident that we need a new dryer as well (we can do two loads of laundry in the time it takes our dryer to finish one cycle).

I've had this washer for a month now and have done many washes, So far so good! I enjoy the shorter length of time for the normal wash. The machine is also quiet. I do not use the wifi though I set it up. Lots of bells and whistles that I'm still learning about. Nice to know it's there if I ever want to use them.
