The clothes do not get all tangled like in my previous one. They do not wrinkle as much. This machine is so quiet one can even tell is running.

It also plays a nice little tune when the cycle is over. We haven't used any of the "smart" functions and probably won't since it seems unduly complicated for our needs. Otherwise it seems great!

But DO NOT have Best Buy install appliances, the guys that came to install the washer literally threw it in the spot and connected it and left. They didn’t level the washer and made a mess with the water connecting it. When I turned on the washer it was jumping around because it was not level. I contacted Best Buy and tried to have them come back to install it correctly but customer support said they couldn’t have anyone out till 3 weeks. So I paid another company to come out the next day and install it correctly.

Like any front loader, it's best to keep door open a little so the moisture doesn't create mildew and such. The download option is pretty cool, wish it allowed more than one at a time. The spin cycle is ridiculously fast. There was hardly a drop in the clothes.

I love that it has all the settings that I need. It takes a while and it’s not really smart in the point that you do have to turn the power on in order to start it. So the smart feature is dumb in that since.

The old washer was still working with no repairs. I decided to replace both LG washer and dryer, due to old LG dryer requiring a second $600 repair.

We decided to sell our house and leave this behind. It was a sad day. We have an older top loader in our "new" house and will replace it with this LG without hesitation if the current one gives us any trouble at all.

Sleek and easy to use and plays a nice little tune when it's done. I'm told you can ask to get the doors to open on different sides so would have asked for that in order to easily switch loads between washer and dryer

I have only I have only had had this machine for 3 weeks and have done 40 loads of wash. I know this because the app tells me it also lets me know when the wash is done, when to clean the tub, and that the machine is running well.
