So far it works well. I appreciate that quick cycles and that there is cycle for cleaning the tub, hoping that helps with the smell front loads have.

Runs well! But clothing, particularly sheets are badly twisted in the final cycle making items difficult to remove. This is a design issue. Our previous Samsung washer has solved that issue.

Terrific washer which is easy to use and highly efficient. While the local sales team at Best Buy is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations, the delivery team failed miserably and made us question making future purchase from Best Buy.

Nice machine. Quiet. A wash cycle takes much less time than my previous (10 year old) LG washer. It has cycles that I am not familiar with, so I tried looking at the paper manual but its not really a manual. It tells you to download the app to get directions. So I did. But it also doesn’t doesnt explain everything. That’s annoying. Like what is TurboWash? Etc. I have also noticed that the spin cycle even on regular is too much - everything comes out twisted. But I am working with manually adjusting it. I’d give it a 3 1/2 stars.

Sad to see our old washer and dryer go but this combo is amazing and it has so much more space then our old one. And the settings on here are crazy

There are some great features about this machine. Bottom line, it does a nice job washing my clothes, it fits nicely in a small space, and is very quiet. I LOVE the app interface that notifies me when the cycle is complete and so it allows us to be much more efficient at laundry since we don't forget about it. I have a few gripes: 1) no dome light inside the machine, but the matching dryer does have one? 2) I really do not like the pre-programmed settings and find most of them useless except the sanitize cycle. For example, this is obviously a user preference as we all do laundry differently, but I wash bedding on hot and the bedding setting is only warm water with no ability to change the water temperature after selecting the setting. If we could program our own wash settings, that would make this washer 100 times better!

Wonderful. Works like a charm. Quiet. No vibration problems. Normal cold cycle is quick, at 30 min. I changed from similar Samsung model that was $100 cheaper to this one. I should have gone with LG from get-go. I use the washer and don’t have to worry about reliability.

I've had my washer for a month and love that it runs quiet. Also, my laundry comes out clean, so I don't have any complains.

LG products are a staple in my family’s household. Most reliable and efficient products out there in terms of bang for buck. This washer delivers on that reputation every time. Love the settings and how easy it is to control. Pretty quiet as well which is a big plus!

We have had this set for over 16 months and love it. Clothes come powerfully clean. Highly intuitive. Quiet. We love ability to wash delicates to our 9x12 Ruggable area rug and dog beds. Of course we use the tub clean program in between. We bought this for another home and loved it. We’re buying another set for our house because we have become so adept at laundry with this W/D set, we are on top of our laundry. With kids, we’ll need another set!!

The machine a 5, the customer service prior to deliver a big time 0. I’d be giving a 0 rating if it were based on customer service but since this is about the machine, the machine is great. Quick, durable, and quiet. Recommend, but maybe not from Best Buy.

Amazing capacity and clean clean clean with very little laundry soap (less than a tablespoon) . Living on a farm- we get dirty and the clothes have never washed better. Very happy with this washer and the speed cycle is great. All features are really nice and efficient.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. The washer and dryer work so well and they are very easy to use. There is an option to do a fast, turbo wash which is just under 20 minutes and clothes came out clean and fresh. The set also looks very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new set!

Very happy with the product so far - about a month of daily multiple loads. Easy to use and understand and connect with app. I am connecting everything LG with the app. Love the app functionality. The delivery team damaged my floor while delivering if but BB's customer support took care of it by reimbursing me the amount the contractor charged. It was a hassle for sure but at least with they didnt argue with me and paid up immediately.

Washer is quiet. Very effective cleaning. Only a few wash loads but happy with results. Very good on water usage. Had an agitator model before.

Love this washer! My clothes are softer and cleaner than with my top loader. I love all the different functions and that I can check to see how much time is left on the load with the app. I highly recommend it!

It always smells fresh! I've never been able to say that about a washing machine. Beyond that, the allergene cycle is incredible if you have allergies/asthma. I purchased it as a replacement for a relatively new unit from a popular electronics manufacturer. They're not even on the same level. This product cleans on a much deeper level without damaging fabric. Totally impressed!

So far has worked flawlessly. Have done large bedding and towels, steamed the loads and they came out great. Other clothes and things done on turbo, speed and high speed spin all worked well Happy with this purchase

Easy to operate and works really well. Cycles seem shorter so less energy used.
