Washing machine is efficient an dxtremely quiet. Delivery and installation was golden.

Love this washer! Super quiet, quick wash times, and clothes are almost dry after a spin cycle. Really nice. The wifi / internet connection seemed just silly, but I admit it's kinda cool to know when the load is done with a phone notification instead of having to check back on the washer all the time. Nice feature after all.

It's okay. It washes clothes. Not much different from our 15-year old Maytag that died. Not convinced it is worth the extra cost for a "fancy" machine. Also, it emits a VERY strong rubber odor (from the door seal); it will affect the smell of the room in which you install it.

So far so good. This LG is utterly "silent". The options and lighting are great - and the sound it makes when cycle is complete is entertaining. But, if you are deciding to get this model - get it in the lighter color so you can read the settings. They're hard to read on the darker machine that we have. Oh! Did I mention it 100% cleans like a charm (thumbs up).

Love the stackable LG washer and dryer. It was extremely efficient when I did my first load of laudry (towels) as it has a specific setting for towels and they were washed and dried extremely fast, saving me time. The Smart feature and Built-in Intelligence are extremely useful and easy to navigate. Should have bought these sooner!

We bought this LG dryer to replace our prior one. This one is a smart appliance so it works through an app as well as Alexa. With all of the cycles it has online there really is a cycle for everything. It works faster than our old one and cleans very well. One drawback on this one is that you cannot program a favorite cycle. We used to have a special one for sensitive clothes. However there are a lot of programs and it seems to be covered (also have others like gym cloths and baby clothes) The other drawback is that if you want to start it remotely, you have to turn it on and hold a button for a remote start so if you don’t remember to do that, the smart app will not help you. Notifications on the app that the washer is done also very helpful.

I love my new washing machine. It fits perfectly on my old pedestal which was important to me. Saved a few dollars! Wash cycles are all similar to my old LG from 12 years ago but it is much quieter.

The washing machine was delivered on the day and the time that was scheduled for. The delivery guys were very professional hooked up the washing machine. Cleaned up the floor from any water that was dripped.

Bought this washer to replace our previous LG, this one is great, clothes are cleaner and in much less time.

We are very happy with our new washer. Lots of updated features from our old LG model. Only small issue is that it will stop the cycle if the load is unbalanced.

I wouldn’t purchase this unit. My first unit had a door lock error. Lg replaced the lock and then the mother board. Eventually after 8 months of repairs they deemed the unit a lemon. They sent a replacement and it took 6 weeks the replacement sounds like a machine gun when it spins and rocks so bad the front door trys to burst open. Lg claims it’s an install error yet they installed it and won’t replace it under warranty due to their mistake. The unit failed within 10 days. I then purchased a new unit so I could have a washer to match my dryer. The unit did the same thing maybe worse. It sounded like metal pieces were broken on the inside during spin. The installers confirmed it was a manufactured defect lg still won’t fix the unit or refund my money. They even closed the ticket and their presidential liaison office won’t respond because they claim it’s an install error. How can two units have the same error an lg tech, two installs teams all verified it’s a manufacturing problem. Expensive mistake. The units pedestals and pedestal washer were 2800 and don’t work. The installers recommended getting GE they said they were having a lot of issues with lg. I even sent pictures and video to lg with the response that it wasn’t their problem.

First, our salesperson (Joanna) was great. She really knows her appliances... took us right to what we needed. Love this washer. It is very Quiet and quick!! So many settings for whatever your laundry desires. We are very pleased and Best But got it here quickly.

This was a replacement LG for our old one - the bearings were shot. This is far superior - super quiet and it removes more water from the clothes than the older one did - less time in the drier!! Best Buy installers were efficient, COVID safe and timely.

Bought this washer to replace another LG we bought 17 years ago. Hopefully this one will last as long. This unit has a lot of features and is very quiet. The WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control if needed. I opted to install this washer myself and it was straight forward and relatively easy. The new glass door feature is a nice touch. It shouldn't get scratched like the old door did. I would recommend. It went on sale and we snatched it up.

Everything went very smoothly; from ordering online, scheduling delivery, to delivery and installation there were no issues. We had a similar model that was 13 years old. Very happy so far with this purchase. We have used it for about a month now.
