Fantastic washer. Lots of options for washing different items. Large capacity makes cleaning bedding a breeze. The turbo wash is great for running quick loads. Love the connected features via the ThinQ app.

Bought this washer to replace another LG we bought 17 years ago. Hopefully this one will last as long. This unit has a lot of features and is very quiet. The WiFi connection allows for remote monitoring and control if needed. I opted to install this washer myself and it was straight forward and relatively easy. The new glass door feature is a nice touch. It shouldn't get scratched like the old door did. I would recommend. It went on sale and we snatched it up.

We are very happy with our new washer. Lots of updated features from our old LG model. Only small issue is that it will stop the cycle if the load is unbalanced.

I purchased this to replace my old competitor front-load that I had for 13 years. So far, so good. It much more quieter. I like the "Sensing" feature that starts before the wash to, my best guess, sense how much laundry is in the tub, to adjust wash time. However, setting up the wi-fi to the app took a little time to figure out. Had to watch the YouTube video on how to connect the feature. Once it's connect, it a awesome because it'll alert you when it's finished since it so quiet. It won't let you forget that you did a load of laundry. It also sends a monthly status report through the app. The only thing I wish it had was a light in the tub.

So far so good. This LG is utterly "silent". The options and lighting are great - and the sound it makes when cycle is complete is entertaining. But, if you are deciding to get this model - get it in the lighter color so you can read the settings. They're hard to read on the darker machine that we have. Oh! Did I mention it 100% cleans like a charm (thumbs up).

Love this washer. It’s physically beautiful and the washing cycles are very good. My girlfriend tells that it cleans the clothes better and that they smell fresher

Lice this machine. Hanother LG in past, then Samsung. Went back to LG. Fast quiet loads. Pretty new but works great.

This is a machine that has everything i was looking for in addition to the cost an affordable price great discount. Never had an LG washer always bought the traditional brands. Albert, the Best Buy sales employee helped answering all my questions. He is very professional and has patience with older women. Thank you Albert.

Love the stackable LG washer and dryer. It was extremely efficient when I did my first load of laudry (towels) as it has a specific setting for towels and they were washed and dried extremely fast, saving me time. The Smart feature and Built-in Intelligence are extremely useful and easy to navigate. Should have bought these sooner!

Love this washer! Super quiet, quick wash times, and clothes are almost dry after a spin cycle. Really nice. The wifi / internet connection seemed just silly, but I admit it's kinda cool to know when the load is done with a phone notification instead of having to check back on the washer all the time. Nice feature after all.

We have owned LG in the past in their washer/dryer line. The new washer is quiet and no vibration. Very good product, worth what I paid and while not the top of the line, it has all the features we are looking for. Great job LG.

I really like LG appliances and this washer doesn't disappoint. It is very quiet and doesn't jump during the spin cycle like others have in the past. Cleans my clothes well. It is very easy to modify the settings for a particular type of wash.

Love it, It tells my phone when laundry is done. The app with it tell when to clean it. The app gives tips. The machine is very quiet. That is a big plus,
