I am very happy with this purchase The washer works very great and this product is very easy to use.

Like this washer. Previously had a different brand washer which rusted out. Hope this lasts. Like the features. Spin cycle is very good but have used a washer with slightly better spin cycle.

Wonderfull washer. Works without fail. Cleans clothing. I would recommend this washer.

Overall I am pleased with this machine. I was skeptical at first because the wash cycles seem very short. I thought it was too short to be effective. However everything comes out very clean. Took off one star because from time to time I get the SUD error for no reason. I only use one detergent pod so it's impossible that I'm using too much. Once the SUD error happens it will run for hours. Eventually I just cut it off and run a rinse/spin cycle. Some people have started switching back to top loaders. I am still on team front load - it's much more efficient with water and the gravity from a front load does a better job at cleaning. Just remember to always leave the door open.

We used the old version for 10 years and bought the new version again. We are satisfied with both design and function.

This washer is amazing! It has so many options to choose from! The speed wash is great! I washed a load of towels in 18 minutes. The smart option is really good the app on my phone alerts me when it has completed the cycle. The app also lets me know when I should run a cleaning cycle. I give this washer more than 5 stars!

Just got washer a couple days ago and did couple loads of laundry. So far everything appears to be good. The installer was great & answered questions.

We love our LG Dryer and Washer! High efficiency and steam powered for the win! Saves money and water and we can check it out via the app through notifications on our WiFi network. No issues!

I love this washer; still trying to understand all of its magic but it is such a joy to use and it is doing a grand job on all items. Would heartily recommend it....I wish the manual was more detailed but it has the basics.

It is quieter and much much quicker than our Bosch Washing machine which it replaces!

Very satisfied after first month, clothes come out very clean and the features and programs all work very well. Washing time is much shorter on this model than our previous Maytag.

Pretty much identical to our old LG dryer that broke down after about 12 years. Cold gets most things clean, uses small amount of detergent. Everything is great, except I don't like how the Normal wash is a short cycle. I have active people in the house and really need a normal length cycle to get everything clean, and you can't adjust or reset the Normal as far as I can tell, you need to use the Download wash which is like the old Normal, or adjust one of the other wash functions.

We've had it for a year now and are very happy. It is far faster than we expected (under 30 minutes for a typical load) and quieter than we expected.

Superior washer (clearly an upgrade from our previous LG front loader), with exceptional delivery and set up. Additionally, the incorporation of Wi-Fi technology is a real plus.

Appliance is so quiet! Many “bells and whistles” still learning. Manufacturer does not include much detail in the owner’s manual. LG could be better at allowing access to customer service reps who are customer friendly.

So far everything has been great. I am looking into buying the bottom drawers as I am 5’9 and when doing multiple loads it starts to hurt my back since it’s close to the floor. Washes great and drys fast.

We loved this washing machine. It worked excellently for 10 years thn had some mechanical problems. Instead of costly repairs we opted to buy another washer.

Love my new washer! I've used every cycle except steam so far and I'm very happy with option of cycles.
