It's my first front loading washer and i love it. The range of preset cycles is more than enough for my choices.

I've use LG washers for yeads. Ensure the loaded dryers and it lasts for years. This unit is very functional and easy to use. Ensure you turn off eco mode for normal or it does not dry (just air).

The washer works great, cleans clothes better than our last Whirlpool and is exceptionally quiet. My only real complaint is with the ThinQ smart function. I wasn’t really looking for this feature but it’s nice when it notifies you that a load is done. It would be great if it was marginally reliable. It’s not. The Rssi on my phone in the laundry room is generally in the low -40s but the washer and dryer can never reliably maintain a connection. The dryer manages to notify me a load has finished 75% of the time. The washer hasn’t been able to do this 10% of the time. If you’re buying this unit for the smart feature, look elsewhere. Do a Google search. The smart features of these units don’t work for anybody.

The washer has been a great addition to our appliances. It is quiet and very efficient. Heavy items come out of washer with very little time required to complete the cleaning process. My delicate items are cleaned well and well protected from any damage. Ironing is almost a memory from the past washer.

Wonderfull capacity and dry according to me can buy it

Love it so far it cleans my chlothes good and my clothes come out practically dry will let you guys know if we have any problem

This is the best machine on the market we just replaced an older model that was 14 years old.

This washer dryer set is high quality and I love them! The only downside it is does not handle as big of loads as my previous top loading washer did... which surprised me a bit because they both report the same cubit feet and load size. Still no regrets, I did HOURS of research on what set is the best and I his was highly rated on Consumer Reports. I would recommend leaving the washer door open after EVERY load or the water stays inside and molds easily. Airing it out is working well so far. Great company and washer dryer set! Hoping they last many years as quality of all electronics seems to go down over the years in regard to household appliances.

Beautiful machine works great. I like the Wi-Fi function to check up on the cycle. I don’t use it often so far so good. I did buy the warranty for a piece of mind, though I might buy the matching dryer.

We purchased this washer to replace an LG machine that was about 12 years old which we had bought new and needed repair for the first time. We loved that washer & wanted a new one with the same functionality. The “apartment size” model fits perfectly in our home. Best Buy delivered in 2 days & installed, new cables included. Will definitely buy from them again!

The washer is quiet and completes laundry in less time than my previous model. The large glass window is eye catching and let’s you know it is more than a typical washer. Great price point for what you get.

It replaced my old Samsung which was broken in less than 5 years! This LG is much quieter, I have it for 3 weeks, no complain and so far so good.

This was a much-needed replacement -- my old washer stopped working and repairs were not successful -- so switched to LG and I am happy with this item.
