So far so good. Nice set of wash cycles and fit on my old LG stand. Old one kept having problems with the bearings and i was tired of replacing them. Hopefully this one will not have the same problem.

Fast, Quiet, and does a really great job. I washed a blanket I've had on my sofa for several years and it came out looking almost new. I was shocked.

Within a month or two of this product being delivered and used, we began experience issues with the washing machine leaving a musty and moldy smell on all our clothes. However, because the product was outside the 15 day return policy, we were force to contact Geek Squad for further support. Geek Squad said that they could not find anything mechanically wrong with the product (despite their tech saying that he could totally smell the musty and moldy smell on a piece of clothing) and said that we should contact LG for further support. We attempted to contact LG and they blamed all issues with the product on the fact that the state laws in CA require energy/water efficiency, user error (despite the fact that we complied with all their recommend suggestions on maintenance (back to back tub cleans, use of special sanitizing product, wiping down machine, leaving door open, and using recommended laundry detergents, etc.), plumbing issues with our house (despite the fact that the house is a new construction home built in Sept. 2021) and water quality issues (despite the fact that we purchased a whole house water filter for our home specifically to eliminate this as a factor). Finally, LG stated that we need to run with all washes and tub cleans some type of laundry sanitizer product. While this suggestion did eliminate most of the odors coming from our clothes, I did not buy this product with the expectation that I would be forced to use laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis to keep my clothes from smelling after each wash. Moreover, using a laundry sanitizer product on a regular basis did not eliminate the smell completely. After LG ignored our cries for help, we turned back to Best Buy/Geek Squad because of our extended warranty on the washing machine that we purchased for nearly $500. Best Buy/Geek Squad continually shuffled us back and forth between different personnel, some who promised a return or exchange of the machine only to be told later on that particular personnel did not have authority to authorize a return or exchange. I called the manager from the store we purchased the product from and he ignore our pleads for help. The bottom line is this, Best Buy, Geek Squad and LG do not care about customer satisfaction or stand by the products they sell. A washing machine should make your clothes smell better after use; not worse. Moreover, LG has had major lawsuit in the past over the same exact issues with their front load washers in the past. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years. I’ve spending thousands of dollars with this company, but after this experience, I think I will be looking for other venders to buy electronic products.

I'm wowed by this washer. I went from using one whole scoop of Tide per load to using 2 Tbsp., and from using 1 lid full of Downy to 2 Tbsp.! This washer spins the clothes so well that my drying time is cut in half.

I am very happy with my purchase of this washing machine. It has held up to every test I've put it through! It handles both large and small loads perfectly and uses a load sensor so it can adjust settings. It has zero balance issues and handles waterproof fabrics well too. As a bonus, I've also gotten a lot of compliments on the color and the rose gold knob. A+ purchase!

I love my washer it’s so easy to use ❤️ I love that I can do large loads or small so easy to operate. It was easy to install no smell and everything washes no dry spots on my clothing like the top loaders

New washing machine working very well; our ~10 year old Samsung refused to effectively wash or rinse. It’s sad that stuff just doesn’t last anymore. The new LG will handle larger loads better and, and the cycles are a lot quicker. And it’s rinsing the clothes, which is a feature you really want in a washing machine.

Best washing machine we ever purchased. Works great and saves water.

This front load washer is a new concept to us. Was not sure about it but now we are very pleased. Would highly recommend this item

Delivered on June 14, 2021 I would not recommend this washer. I wouldn't even recommend getting a front loader if you can avoid it. I had to purchase the front loader because I am short and my last washer was the one that doesn't have the agitator, just a flat drum on the bottom that rips your cloths to pieces. The only way I can describe this washer is when it's washing, is it sounds like a 747 - yes, the airplane. It is so loud!! This washer is way to harsh on the cloths no matter what setting. I leave the door open after every wash and wipe the seal and it still stinks. I put a load in at 8:00am, went to switch out at 12:30 and the cloths already had the funky smell on it. The tray ALWAYS has left over residue of soap or softner left in it. WHY??? I barely put any in it!! Very disappointed in this washer. I've been doing laundry for 30 years, I use great products for my cloths so I know a good washer from a piece of junk. This is a piece of junk. I don't care how many options it has. You don't need them, and you will never use them. Cold, hot, warm - heavy duty, normal, delicate. That's all you need. Save your money. I didn't want to get a Samsung, because I know first hand home appliances is not their forte. But I'm wishing I would've just taken a chance. Practically half the price than this stinky, loud, monstrous thing I'm stuck with! And delivery was a joke! They would NOT balance it, they were mad because they had to relocate my old washer, and they put the hoses on the wrong spigot, so hot was on cold and cold was on hot. Mind you, I paid for them to do this!! ugh!

Great washer. It washes quickly but still cleans soiled clothes quickly. I would highly recommend this washer.

Both the machine and the dryer work perfectly. The clothes come out clean. They are energy efficient and extremely quiet which is good because they are in a town home where the laundry is close to the living room.

2nd LG washing machine. First one lasted 12 years. Don’t make them like they use to.

I've use LG washers for yeads. Ensure the loaded dryers and it lasts for years. This unit is very functional and easy to use. Ensure you turn off eco mode for normal or it does not dry (just air).

The washer is easy to use and load capacity is more and adequate.

The washer works great, cleans clothes better than our last Whirlpool and is exceptionally quiet. My only real complaint is with the ThinQ smart function. I wasn’t really looking for this feature but it’s nice when it notifies you that a load is done. It would be great if it was marginally reliable. It’s not. The Rssi on my phone in the laundry room is generally in the low -40s but the washer and dryer can never reliably maintain a connection. The dryer manages to notify me a load has finished 75% of the time. The washer hasn’t been able to do this 10% of the time. If you’re buying this unit for the smart feature, look elsewhere. Do a Google search. The smart features of these units don’t work for anybody.

This washer I would recommend for everyone over samsung. Ease of use.

works great, delivery was smooth with Best Buy. No complaints so far but I've only had it for a couple of months.

Love it so far it cleans my chlothes good and my clothes come out practically dry will let you guys know if we have any problem
