I have had several LG products but this set is THE BEST! The cycles are super fast and one touch and away you go! I have washed a king down comforter in it,so the size is not a limiting factor. This set was much less than some of the other sets. But so far I haven’t found a reason to upgrade.

I hesitate to say too much given that we've only owned this washer for about a month. However, it was top rated by Consumer Reports and an NY Times review of washers. We needed to replace a malfunctioning front loader, and so far it was been great. It is a little louder than the previous washer, but it cleans well. Check with me again in 5 years -- the life span of the previous washer.

Liking the washer so far. It is super quiet on spin and clothes come out almost dry already. It has a pleasant chime upon completion and having the app reminds me to take clothes out promptly,

Very nice washing machine with good capacity. Offers many wash cycles including a delayed and remote start. Other cycles available too with the app. Love the stacking ability for space saving in a smaller laundry room.

This LG stackable washer dryer set is the best. We replace our leaking / stale water smelling Samsung set with this one. No issues to report. It’s designed very well for a front loader.

Excellent washer. Double check your external dimensions (including vent exit for the matching dryer with rear discharge). This set barely fits in my laundry area. It works great!

I love this washer and I have never been prone to front-load washers, but i get it. I love the app functionality so easy to use. I would recommend this washer.

Only had this LG Washer for a few weeks, but it has given no trouble. The neatest feature is how it weighs the load and then adjusts the length of the cycle, giving the countdown on its screen and a notification on the phone app. So it does not always take so long to finish a cycle.

It's very energy efficient and cleans our clothes way better than our old machine. So many cycle options!

Amazing washer. So far we have used it many times and had no issues. The machine is very intuitive without any issues. I would like to purchase again. One of the better washers that we have had.

Great washing machine. Quiet and faster was time than my old LG machine where the bearings were shot. Clothes come out clean.

This LGTHINQ machine is something out of the science books. This washing machine is smart and Big and Determines how much water to use according to the load size. With a gas hot water heater the cost per year is an unbelievable $12. I know it sounds incredible but that’s the cost per year to run this washing machine.

Easy mode selection, very quiet, excellent spin cycle and cleans well

I like the washer but I wonder about the temperature settings of the programs. Just "warm" for towels - is that sanitary? Fortunately, you can manually change the temperature, spin number, soil level etc. with every program. Compared to my old one, this washer is louder when it pumps the water out. I can now hear the water and pump noises in the kitchen through the wall between the laundry room and the kitchen. The washer is a good choice if it is on sale. I recommend the longest available protection plan - even though it is expensive - because it can come in handy if something doesn't go right.

Very quiet machine. Gets everything clean while using a minimum amount of soap and water. The high-speed spin cycle does an excellent job getting the water out of the clothes. It takes less time to dry them.

It's hard to believe that one's clothes can get so much cleaner than before, but my husband's work clothes (greasy) came out nearly stain free. Our regular clothes, towels and sheets are clean and fluffy. This machine is my new favorite appliance.

The best washer. Stacked old kenmore dryer on top. Perfect fit. Overnight load setting is super smart.

The washer is great so far. It finishes a load much faster than my old top-loading Maytag . It also uses much less water and the clothes retain much less water. This improves drying time. Up to now I am very pleased with this purchase with the exception of the installation which I commented on in an earlier review.
