Very pleased with this purchase, we've used the washer regularly for one month. The washer is very quiet, offers many cycles and settings, and does a good job cleaning. It seems to use very little water. We have not used any of the wi-fi features. The only constructive comment is that a slightly longer drainage hose would be helpful (it's a stretch in our laundry room). The direct drive feature is our primary reason for choosing LG, especially after the bearings went bad in our old washer. The TurboWash feature was a good choice as well, because it reduces cycle time.

I am pleased so far with my LG washing machine - really like the shorter time frame most loads take. Haven't used enough to write a detailed review. I wish Best Buy provided more information on installation requirements. We had corroded faucet connections; the Geek Squad can't install in that case due to liability issues. We had to call a plumber. If we had known ahead of time, we would have already taken care of it. No one from Geek Squad or Best Buy contacted me about rescheduling installation or removal of old washer. I had to contact them, which was the typical hassle of being on hold for quite awhile.

So far so good. It’s been whisper quiet. Wash time is shorter than my old LG. I should have updated my washer a long time ago.

Super quiet and the AI for the cycles is amazing. Check the use of detergent, need to be HE and small amounts. After the cycle, the clothes come out almost dry.

The LG front load washer is a great little machine. Does a great job cleaning the clothes on every setting. The LG App is helpful too

We purchased a similar machine 5 years ago and LG made some changes that I believe make for an even better washer.

This is a great washing machine. It’s energy efficient and very easy to use. It weighs your load to determine how much water it needs. It has an option for towels, bedding and sanitizing

Spins to barely damp. Economical on detergent and softener. Look forward to many years of service!

Easy to set up and keep clean. I like that you can use the app to customize the downloadable option; I use mine for single items.

Wife love it, i like it too. Las washing machine was pretty bad. We got this one last year, my wife love the machine. She is so happy with it. It is save a lot of time. We can process all the laundry from a week in few cycles of it. Great to have.

This washer and dryer set is so nice and works so well! It has a very modern and elegant look and we get compliments a lot. It has really nice features on it as well and feels extremely sturdy when opening and shutting the doors!

It's okay. It washes clothes. Not much different from our 15-year old Maytag that died. Not convinced it is worth the extra cost for a "fancy" machine. Also, it emits a VERY strong rubber odor (from the door seal); it will affect the smell of the room in which you install it.

The delivery and installation service was fantastic, and the washer works very well indeed - 10 stars and very professional!!
