The washer is excellent, washes the Clothes very good.

Let me tell you that I had a LG washer for the last 15 yrs and no complains at all, I just updated because my dryer started to make lots of noises so I prefer to bought as bundle. Good choice to go with LG as replacement.

Overall the washer is very quiet. Turbo wash get the laundry done about 10 faster. Very happy.

They worked with me to get the washer in before the dryer arrived to keep our clothes clean. Delivery on time, efficient and courteous.

So far it a good washer. Quieter than my old Samsung frontoader

It does a very good job of washing clothes, but the whole device is more complicated than it needs to be, with more than 50 possible settings. And I don't need it to connect to the internet so I can control it via an app. Why would I want to start/stop it remotely if I have to be present to load/unload it?

Love the washer. The app is okay. But the notifications to my phone are helpful. Tells me when the washer or drier is finished or how much time is remaining. The washer cleans the clothes well, quickly and leaves them smelling more fresh than my last washer

A great replacement for our old unit, works really well so far

This washing machine is really awesome. It has options that can do a wash load quickly. It looks the part too. The delivery from Best Buy was first rate. They were on time and the two guys unpacked the washer and dryer outside my home so the packaging doesn’t go everywhere in my house. The whole delivery, setup and testing took 15 mins tops. These machines were to heavy I’m so glad I went with Best Buy. The Bestbuy reward was an extra perk over the competitor big box store.

I absolutely love this washer/dryer combo from LG. There are many settings that help tailor each load to how dirty the laundry is and it's material. The design is sleek and makes my unfinished basement look great!

I’m very pleased with this LG washer. It uses less detergent than my old Samsung. It is more stable and doesn’t vibrate with the larger loads

It does a decent job of cleaning but has some real nonintuitive settings. You can't adjust the time and extra rents and several other optional features and most of the main wash cycles. Do you have to go to only certain types to do that. That's unlike other washers and dryers. Also the door is sort of flimsy so when you close it you have to make sure you're closing it from 3 PM not from one or 2 PM, if you view the front like a clock.

I love all LG products and this Washer is no exception! I highly recommend it. In fact, I have recommended it my co-workers.

I really can’t give a good opinion of this machine because it came by accident I had ordered the black steel LG with the square door but I can give an opinion on the LG machine I bought. It is phenomenal and the steam clean is just taking your laundry to another level. It’s awesome and I will never buy anything again unless it’s steam clean. They are beautiful looking machines too.
