Love this new washer. Does a great job and is so quiet.

Quite washer. Energy consumption very low. We love it. The app let you know when finish or the cycle and time left. Recommended to all.

I’ve been using my LG washer for two weeks and I really like it. It is easy to operate with all the right choices on how you want to wash your clothes. No complaints here. Plus it looks really nice, love the gray color too.

My mom loves it and that’s all that matters. Was a good price and they delivered it to my mom’s condo and connected everything in the basement. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’ve had 3 different sets of front loaders over the years. Maytag, LG and Samsung. I’d place the lg for quietest at the top. Cleaning ability and overall features, pretty solid. I still prefer the Maytag overall. The LG is better than the Samsung.

I love it! Easy to set up. Wash times have been reduced. I can track everything on my phone even start it remotely! Could not pass up this deal once my last machine failed. Even better that I got a great open box deal on it

Growing up we never had great appliances, even the ones I replaced now as an adult were from the early 90s. Drop In a load press go. Turns out I never knew what fresh clothes out of a good washer feel like. And other reviews say how loud they are I can't tell if it's even doing anything after pressing start.

Once he learned to use this, it worked great. It has more features than he anticipated. He has not had a problem.

Beautiful design and great upgrades from my last LG which lasted almost 20 years. The app and WiFi capabilities are a great enhancement.

Fantastic washer. Great job getting clothes clean and uses less water than previous front loader. The smart features and linking with smart phone simplifies the washing process. It is nice to know when wash is done by looking at your phone. Best Buy honored a price match with no problem and installation was done efficiently. Overall, very smooth and straight forward process.

Couldn't set up the steam function because hose was too far away but that is not much of a loss for me. I have a bit of trouble figuring out the controls but when I just let the machine figure it out on the normal cycle it seems to work fine. I'm just used to old style simple non digital controls

Have always had great luck with LG on appliances and this is no different. Simple and easy with a ton of extra features to clean whatever I throw in the laundry.

It is the best.works very good. The quantity is perfect!

So far it has been a month since we have this. So far enjoy doing our laundry. Easy to use and love the different functions it has.

I have a few other LG products, but this has to be my favorite. Compared to my old Samsung front load washer this one is lightyears ahead. The spin cycle got a large load dry enough that my duer cycle only took 30 minutes compared to 60+ minutes.

I bought this over a year ago and it’s just a great machine.

Quiet, clothes are clean. Bigger than my old model. Did not stack.
