This is such a huge improvement from my previous set. Cleans very nice and I have not noticed a moldy smell yet. I have been leaving the door open on the unit to help with this as I feel its the best way to control it.

Fantastic washer. Great job getting clothes clean and uses less water than previous front loader. The smart features and linking with smart phone simplifies the washing process. It is nice to know when wash is done by looking at your phone. Best Buy honored a price match with no problem and installation was done efficiently. Overall, very smooth and straight forward process.

I recently purchased the LG Electric Front Load Washing machine with steam from Best Buy. It has worked beautifully and Best Buy installed it without a hitch. I did separately purchase a lift/riser so it sits higher.

Quiet, clothes are clean. Bigger than my old model. Did not stack.

So far it has been a month since we have this. So far enjoy doing our laundry. Easy to use and love the different functions it has.

Who knew Best Buy had some of the best Washer and Dryer's on the market. I love this device because it does all the work for me. When I hear that jingle of a song when my clothes are done I do a happy dance because I know it was done right.

Purchasing it during a great sale was a wonderful perk. We bought the riser for it also, which is really nice. The sales rep was very helpful. Delivery and hookup was a breeze. Thank you, Best Buy.

It’s very Easy to use and very good for the price value

My last LG washer lasted over 13 years and was very satisfied with it. It’s safe to say it completed thousands of washes during that time and no doubt that made it an easy decision to choose this brand again. Very satisfied with this model too!

Very happy with this washer, it’s fast and efficient and my clothes come out very clean without getting twisted and never soaking wet like my old washer after the rinse/spin cycle. If you’re getting this for the steam function: I didn’t realize that the steam hose had to be ordered separately so when the install guys came, they suggested ordering one and it would be an easy hookup.

Works great! Please read instructions and remove bolts from the back of the washer. I didn't and was close in returning it because it was shaking like crazy. Good thing I youtube and found the reason

Had to buy a new machine when our old samsung broke. This washer takes care of all my needs. Its fast and packs enough power to rid my clothes of any stains and odors. Would definitely recommend to any family. However, it is quite low as a front load washer. So i would recommend getting a pedestal with it.

Love my LG washer and dryer! It runs so quiet and is easy to operate, has large capacity and cleans clothes perfectly!
