So far I have to agree with their review. The only problem is the touchpad on the front of the machine. It is very sensitive and I keep bumping it while folding laundry. I have to lock the touchpad to avoid changing settings while the machine is running. The large flat deck top of the machine is great for folding laundry.

It has worked beautifully and Best Buy installed it without a hitch. I did separately purchase a lift/riser so it sits higher.

I havent had any issues with any load. The jingle it plays when a cycle is done is nice, doesnt get annoying like i thought it might.

This washer takes care of all my needs. Its fast and packs enough power to rid my clothes of any stains and odors. Would definitely recommend to any family. However, it is quite low as a front load washer. So i would recommend getting a pedestal with it.
