I have had very bad experiences with LG refrigerators and their TV to a lesser ext. I decided to give this a try and I am not disappointed. My laundry is well done. Loads of functions to select from plus the ability to download additional cycles. Control from your phone. A couple tips: Clean the drain trap Leave the door ajar /wipe excess water from gasket to prevent smell (this is not an LG issue… it’s a front load disadvantage) Don’t use too much detergent

So much better than our last washer. It uses so little water that we worry sometimes, but the clothes, etc. seem clean.

I bought this washing machine as it was one of the washers recommended by consumer report. I thoughts for the price the variety of cycles would be good; however, the cycles are so short and the quality of wash is not that great. There is no cycle for active wear or whites and the regular cycle with hot water is only 30 minutes. Although my previous washer Samsung only lasted four years, it had great choice of cycles and performance was better.

Couldn’t be happier with my new LG washer and dryer. The delivery and installation went smoothly and safely with every possible caution taken. The upgrade to these machines was long overdue.

I love this washer!!!! LG is such a great brand! I had a very old washer...10 yrs old to be exact so this was such a nice upgraded. I also bought the pedestal and love the fact that its so easy to load and unload clothes. There's multiple settings to chose from but if you are in a hurry like me the Turbo Wash setting is literally a life saver. I really like that I can connect my washer to the wifi...to be fair I didn't know this washer had this feature until after installation, but with the app it notifies me once the washer is done. I recommend this washer to literally all my friends and family. This washer has exceeded my expectations.

This washer is a great addition to my new home. i love the fact that its quiet and doesnt rattle and move around. THE LG app as well. it notifies you when the wash is complete

This is soooo amazing. Its so easy to use and gets my clothes really clean. Havent had any issues with it.

So far so good with this machine! I like the quick wash setting and it does a good job of spinning the clothes at the end to make drying faster.

Very easy to use. Love all cycles in it. This is the very first I have steamer in my wash machine and it is very practical. I got to use on my linen cloths and worked great.

We purchased an LG Washer and Dryer set through Best Buy. Great price and product. Excellent service. If looking for appliances check out Best Buy , you won't be disappointed.

Had an issue with it at first. But Best Buy replaced it and loving the washer with all the features.

Bought a new LG washer to replace one that was worn out. The new machine is quiet and it fit on our old pedestal.

Great machine. It has just the right amount of washing settings. It is also intuitive enough to enable the smart/Wi-Fi settings for more convenience.

LG Electronics Life is Good Love my new front load washer…

New washing machine working very well; our ~10 year old Samsung refused to effectively wash or rinse. It’s sad that stuff just doesn’t last anymore. The new LG will handle larger loads better and, and the cycles are a lot quicker. And it’s rinsing the clothes, which is a feature you really want in a washing machine.
