    this unit replaces an LG washer that wasn't even 4yrs. old! not happy that unit hopefully this one is better! not holding my breath!

    We had an old LG washer that lasted over ten years. It had started making a lot on noise during the spin cycle (bearing?) so we decided to get a new one (WM4000HWA). Good communication before and during removal of old washer and installation of new one. It has a few more bells and whistles than our old one and works well so far. If it lasts as long as the old one, we will be happy campers.

    Love this washer. We had a top load, but it was hard to get everything out of, short people problems. Front load makes it easy. Super easy to use, love the features.

    I had other LG washers and they were very good but these are great. It has practical options that make washing easy and the Steam option is very convenient. I love them.

    So far so good. It uses much less power and water than my previous washer. It appears to clean the clothes better too. No major issues but given that it is more complicated than my old mid 90's washer I am waiting to see how many years before something breaks on it. Also it is a energy star most efficient for 2022 which is nice.

    Nice washing machine very fast washing cycles and clothes smell good after it’s done . Only had it for a couple weeks and bought it at the outlet but twice it was spinning clothes out and it was really banging so I need to keep an eye on that not why that happened.
