Drop In a load press go. Turns out I never knew what fresh clothes out of a good washer feel like. And other reviews say how loud they are I can't tell if it's even doing anything after pressing start.

So far I have to agree with their review. The only problem is the touchpad on the front of the machine. It is very sensitive and I keep bumping it while folding laundry. I have to lock the touchpad to avoid changing settings while the machine is running. The large flat deck top of the machine is great for folding laundry.

The only challenge is that the detergent dispenser is only big enough for one load of laundry. This means it needs to be filled for every wash.

Mostly about BB delivery and pickup services (which just ghosted us after waiting a week), but the washing machine itself doesn't operate as one would expect after spending nearly a thousand dollars on a clothes-washing-machine. PASS! It smells like burned rubber every time it's opened. It leaks from the front while it's running. I've been a BB customer for over 15 years. I've paid for their extra coverage every single year. The support I've gotten for this device just shows me how important it is to avoid giving money to these corporate giants. They don't give a crap about your experience, money spent, etc., as long as the check clears. Spend an extra $100 and buy from a local store!

Good choice to go with LG as replacement.

I do extensive research on bug purchases and I these overall Seemed to be the best fit. Our clothes feel cleaner and fresher. For the price for both, I can’t complain

We loved it so much that we didn’t even consider getting anything else. Best Buy had the best price around. Purchasing it during a great sale was a wonderful perk. We bought the riser for it also, which is really nice. The sales rep was very helpful. Delivery and hookup was a breeze. Thank you, Best Buy.
