We recently purchased this washer with the pedestal. We generally purchase Samsung appliances, however after comparing it to the closest Samsung model, we chose to purchase it. We've only had it for a few days now, however so far, it's great!!!!

This is the 2nd set of LG washer/dryer we purchased over the years moving into a new home. Did not disappoint! The large capacity allows for even a King size comforter to fit. Noticed a big upgrade in the cycles and washing action. Clothes come out clean and free of detergent thanks to improved rinsing action.

Washer works great. Installer not so good. They refused to finish installation because it’s too close to dryer

It’s good looking washing machine! It washes the clothes pretty fast and since the drum horizontal it drain really easy. I’ve only had it month and works great!

Compared to our old washer and dryers, these really blow them out of the water! (Pun included) I am happy with these devices and would recommend it especially as the app is so intuitive and helpful! 10/10

Its been great. Love seeing the notifications on rhe connected LG tv and the app access. Wasnt glad we had to replace the washer but the prior LG lasted us since 2006 so it was time and LG seem as good today as then...I would reccommend this unit a d we got a grwat Labor Day deal too...delivery guys were the best ever too !!

One month into using tis new washer and it is working great. The mobile application is easy enough to use and keeps you updated on use and reminders to run the tub cleanse. the downloadable cycle is a neat option also.

15 yr old Samsung blew a drum shock which tore up the front door gasket. The cost of parts was more than half the cost of a new washer. Resaerched that this LG was highly rated and on sale so we purchased it. No problems so far except the door doesn't close as smoothly as the Samsung.

It works and does what is needs to do. No complaints.

Absolutely love my new LG washing machine. It is beautiful, as well as elegant looking with so many awesome features. You almost don't even want to use it because it is soooo pretty!!!

Great washer - so much so we're looking at a matching dryer. The remote alert feature is great. Our laundry is not on the main floor and it's so much more convenient to just be and to see the status of the wash. Best buy delivery and setup was flawless. In and out without mess or fuss. They didn't even wake the sleeping baby.

My previous lg was the same size as this midel and a tank. It could wash anything and spin it with no problem. This washer cant handle the larger loads. It washes them fine, but the same bedding i used in my last washer will just error out in the spin cycle. My last washer had zero issue. This one contantly tries to start and stop spinning - their trubalance technology. It’s pitiful. It also feels more cheeply assembled yet costs more. My last one had steel hindges - these are plastic. Unfortunatly, lg is like everyone else. Build it cheaper and charge more. Ill try speed queen next.

After a lot of research, we selected the LG Washer, Dryer, SideKick Washer and pedestal based on discussions with LG Tech Support and the Sales Associate at Best Buy. We also had the items delivered and installed through Best Buy and the installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with our purchase.
