It gets my work stains out of my clothes much better than our previous washer. All of the different features for connectivity are neat, not necessary. So far very happy and impressed. Will update in the future if any issues arise.

Love the app that lets me know when its done and whats going on so i can keep working or moving around the house and not impulsively check on it every 5 mins.

I like how the way it adjust the time based on how many clothes you put into the washer. It's pretty quiet. The cons are it wouldn't recognize the washer in the LG app and it vibrates too much during the wash especially the drying cycle.

I make sure I leave the door open between washes as I've heard that its better for the machine to air out between washes. There are so many different ways to wash your clothes that you can customize each wash.

I didn’t trouble shooting and it seems to be inside the washer. My wife and I are waiting to see if this washer gets replaced or if they will follow thru with saying they will try and fix it. I feel it should be replaced since a part is bad before we ever had a chance to use it.

Loud banging noises during the first load may indicate that the shipping bolts were not removed during installation. These bolts secure the drum during transport and must be taken out before use — otherwise, the drum can't move freely and may cause internal damage. You can check the back of the washer for any remaining bolts and refer to the installation guide for removal steps. Its really good quality for its price and has many programs and options for optimized washing. Big, easy to use and adjusts washing time based off of sensing the load. Definitely recommend!

Clothes are smelling fresh, it uses an economical amount of soap, plenty of room and different settings. What I love most about it is it’s ability to make work out clothes smell clean and fresh!

The detergent cup is very handy and makes pouring liquid detergent very simple while keeping the floor and machine clean. The machine is pretty quiet, however, you definitely hear the turbo mode. The towel and bedding modes work beautifully.
