It’s super fast with Turbo Wash, taking inly 30 minutes to wash versus over an hour from other brands. And the washed clothes are so white that they almost blinded my eyes a couple times.

First delivered machine was damaged and it took two weeks and three more appointments to get it delivered. Delivery and installation gentlemen were great. Poor communication overall.

My first one was purchased in 2005 and I sold it in 2020 when I moved across the country. After 15 years of use it was still like brand new; thus my decision to purchase a new LG front load washer was a no brainer.

And my try with this machine , don’t like because the The softness place ., is not working well ..and every cicle time is to much time for complete. I think is increasing energy bill .

LG meets our needs perfectly. Great options for multiple cycles with built in sensing (intelligence). We have not yet tried the steam feature which came with this model.

Every phase of the wash cycle is very loud. Reviews said that this was a quiet machine! You know when the washer is running from every spot in the house, this has never been the case with any of my other washers. Immediately had BEST BUY come out to check on the washer and was told by repairman that this was normal volume from this machine from his experience. Maybe I had a lazy repairman? Would love to hear from owners who have this machine and don’t think it sounds like a small plane has supplanted their laundry room.
