Works Great! Easy to use, I’ve had no issues. I have used an old version of these and I have now updated my old ones for these.

Great washer so far, it just sounds like an airplane ready to take off when it goes through its spin cycle. The drum spins a bit off center but I'm not sure if that's intentional, I'm new to these things. It doesn't noticeably shake.

So far the machine has lived up to the hype. My clothes have never smelled fresher or looked cleaner. Was always skeptical skeptical about front load washing machines but this one is awesome.

after 15 years with no issues with my Samsung set, I decided it is time to refresh my laundry appliances and selected this LG set based on the 4.5 reviews at the time. Don't be foolled by the reviews, it was a mistake getting this LG set. The system is less than 4 months old and I am already having issues with both the washer and the dryer. The washer offers quite a few cycles but we mostly use the normal cycle for regular and the white cycle for the cotton products and towel. This is a great washing machine. It has all features that anyone would need to wash their clothes. It is super quiet and it balances the clothes automatically before it starts washing. Would highly recommend.

I have had the washing machine for over three months and it has been amazing. The clothes are super clean. The machine uses less water. I would highly recommend it.

Washer works pretty good... first front load we have owned. Only reason I didn't give it 5 star is that we couldn't push it against wall like our old unit. The way the hoses and drain laid out prohibited it from sliding all way back. I was able to build a wrap around cabinet to fill the void so all looks good now. Just more work then I exlected.

This washer is so much better than our last. Hooked it up to our WiFi and added the LG app, so now we know when the cycle is complete and it also tells you when to clean it! The sensor in this one is awesome and has cut down on the cycle run times. Highly recommended.

Had to take the first one because it leaked, but have had no issues with the second one.

I would prefer it to have a lighted dome. The unit runs quietly.

I bought this in addition to the matching dryer as part of a Black Friday deal. I was extremely disappointed to find that no matter what I did, the clothes came out extremely wrinkled, even on the lowest spin speed. It came down to the machine being extremely high efficiency, resulting in a high spin speed (to get as much moisture out as possible). The high spin speed absolutely pressed all clothes completely flat against the inside of the drum. They were packed so tightly that you could see small indentations on the clothes from the small holes/screws on the inside of the drum. Ironing, steaming, and just about everything I could find to get the wrinkles out didn't work. Even on thick denim. Eventually I had to return the washer, which ended up being a completely different nightmare as Best Buy's customer service was awful. I got the return set up entirely fine, but the person I spoke to in order to set up the refund lied directly to my face about about how I would receive a refund on everything. Apparently they will only refund you on the unit itself, NOT the hookup cables/water lines that you have to buy separately. I understand that the original installation fee cannot be refunded, but what am I supposed to do with just hookup water lines for a machine that was returned? The crew that picked it up took the dryer electrical cable (also a separate purchase) with them when they picked it up, but I was not refunded. So that was essentially stolen from me. Lastly, there was a $150 promotional gift card that came with the units. I returned the gift card when the units were returned, but the $150 was deducted from my refund. After talking to four different customer service agents over the course of three weeks, they have still not refunded this amount or anything else, despite saying that they would. So ultimately, I lost about $400 out of pocket on the return of this item. Do yourself a favor and buy a different washing machine. And buy it from a different retailer -- at least that way if you need to return it, you won't have items stolen from you and you'll likely get a mostly full refund.

I buy everything I can from Best Buy! Even stuff I don't need!

The item is good works fine. I would give the rating based on the marketing of this as black steel color is just a charcoal gray. This is the same color as the other LG but with a black door. So if looking for black pass on this.

Very good washer and dryer setup I have it in the stacked position and it doesn’t shake or anything I’d recommend anytime
