    Purchased a new LG HE washer and dryer set. The washer wouldn't dispence fabrics softener from the first day it was installed which I thought may be user error even though I have had two other sets dating back to 2012. The dryer just started making a vibration noise. After over an hour and a half dealing with LG tech support they tried convincing me it sounds normal. Then why did the noise just start and why have my other units never sounded like this? They said I would be charged for them to repair my two month old unit that is under warrant. Would not recommend buying LG anymore! Clearly they are now making trash like most of the manufacturers out there and they don't want to warranty their issues

    I was undecided between this brand and another of the same prestige and I think I did make a good selection. My wife is very happy with this washer for its efficiency. I saw some negative comments regarding the water leaking however until now we haven't had this problem.

    Our second attempt to purchase this outstanding product. The one delivered a month ago was dented, so we refused delivery. Got the replacement today and by golly it was dented too, same side and same panel. Apparently Best Buy only deliver them this way.
