Washer works great. My wife had an LG set before and loved them, but when we moved left them. She was hoping the new set would perform as well. Meets all her expectations after 2 months.

Great washer. Not most expensive but not cheapest! Has all the bells and whistles though. Love it and The LG app great too.

Great experience and purchase. Able to research Best Buy online to help decide our choice of washer from description, reviews, prices and availability. Purchased at Frisco, Texas store where experience was great from customer service to the day of install with techs!

It's the best washer I ever own! The 4.5 Cu Ft. is best fit for my family of 4. Also, the overall dimension was very efficient design for our space. LG engineers did a great job on this.

While the unit seems to be fine, only weeks later, I am disgusted by Customer Service. Not ONLY was I told to go to different stores during pickup- hours away, I wasn’t given information. The agent sent me ORIGINAL RECEIPT to the WRONG email address. Then said they can’t send me another receipt. Due to their ERROR! So, I’m absolutely appalled at the horrible CS I have received from day one. Now it’s weeks later and they still have horrible CS. Lied to about warranty, paid extra, can’t login to MY account I’ve had for a decade, their fault. I mean, the list goes on and on. If I were to actually win something, it would make this experience worth it. lol. Otherwise, I am EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED. I have sent formal complaints, but apparently they don’t do anything and aren’t even logged. So, yeah. There’s that.

I originally made the purchse for this washer from the Hawthorne Bestbuy location,months before this said purches. I arrived at Hawthorne CA branch to pickup my new washer only to find out it had been sold. I then asked the sales perspn if I could speek to a maneger about this sittuation. After about 10 minutes later managment arrived to tell me, I was emailed about the washer showing up and ready for pickup. No such email made my in box. I was there for pickup a day after the 5 day hold policy,and to repeat the washer was sold to another party. At this time,he apologized,Then asked if I wanted to order another washer,no other suggestions were made. I waited about eight weeks and and a couple of payments for that. I then asked to close my Best buy account,he then said he could not help with that and would have to call a Texas branch before 4pm central time. I did so,and am still recieving account sales emails. Please close my account as I did by phone. The latest group of sales people @ the Torrance CA Best buy branch are very helpful, thanks to them. Regards Tib Jimenez

We have been using this LG washer for only 3 weeks but would highly recommend it. Whites seem to be whiter!

I'm impressed with the washer. I like the features and how it cleans. It definitely cleans better than my much older washer did. And I like having one that qualifies for HE washer rebates, both for the rebate itself and for how it helps the environment.

Love everything about this washer. Especially love te Steam function. My buying experience and delivery were effortless.

Very happy with this purchase. Haven’t been able to try all the bells and whistles this comes with as far as washing features, but overall very satisfied with purchase and cleaning features. Love the steam cycle option as well. Also, saves on electricity.

I love my machine I purchased it for my wife but I did not like the people that suppose to hook it up they were not prepared and I really didn’t appreciate that

Gives a great wash and can hold and clean twice the amount of my old washer. It's fast,efficient and oh so quiet. There is a setting for all your washables and it will handle them. Very pleased with the purchase and the service to install and cart away.
