I love my machine I purchased it for my wife but I did not like the people that suppose to hook it up they were not prepared and I really didn’t appreciate that

Love all of the washing feature choices, especially the sanitizing feature. I do not like the bending . I would recomend this item for the younger generation.

It’s a nice washer, easy to use, does it’s job well. In addition to this, looks great. I’d like to thank Best Buy Macedonia crew, especially Marissa, for providing exceptional customer service, which was above a beyond my expectations.

I’m a big LG fan. The new speed wash thing is awesome compared to the older model we had. Halves our time to clean clothes. And the added WiFi alerts me when the load is done which is nice cuz I would forget a lot. Definitely would purchase again.

Works as advertised and the unit is beautiful! I definitely recommend.

The app option is AMAZING - I love how it shows the time left and when a load of laundry is done so the washer doesn’t sit closed and retain water. Highly recommend the gsbtp! They answer questions and appointments are easy to get. Tons of support !

So far this machine has been excellent. The app works super well also. I will say that it's a little sensitive with light loads at becoming unbalanced. Other than that, it's great.

This washing machine stands up to all the hype! GREAT washing machine.

I am very happy with my purchase, it works excellent, spinning cycle works great which helps when using the dryer, less time in drying.

Works as advertised. I've only had the machine for a month by Best Buy has been hounding me to review it. I cannot give an honest opinion as it has been a short duration of use but so far I am satisfied. Best Buy, knock off the relentless emails demanding reviews of the products. I may buy more products if you would relax these nonsense business practices.

Love everything about this washer. Especially love te Steam function. My buying experience and delivery were effortless.

Had WM3900HWA and only lasted 15 months. Interior glass door shattered while running at normal mode and it was light load. With warranty expired, I have no luck but to buy new one. Will not buy LG product again . Never heard of glass door broken in pieces from normal use.

Had flooding in basement after install of washing machine. David Wilson and Brian tech came and did re-install. Found other issues he fixed from the first install.

We have been using this LG washer for only 3 weeks but would highly recommend it. Whites seem to be whiter!

I love LG! So far of all my year I never had any trouble with LG washers or dryer. They last for years for me. I will continue to use LG because like there name says Life is Good. And when I use this washer Life is Good!!! And I mean that.

Quiet operating machines. Love the many wash cycles. These new machines have many options and bells & whistles, can be a little overwhelmed.

This is our second LG washer. Again excellent quality and features. We have been using it for about 3 months without any issues. The wi-fi feature is great.

I purchased a washer/dryer set and could not be happier! They run great, are super easy to use, have many different options and features, and are surprisingly quiet. Great quality, especially for the reasonable price! I highly recommend!

The delivery crew did a good job. Sadly they didn’t remove the shipping bolts on the back of the washer. The first load bounced all over the place. Luckily our neighbor figured out what was wrong. Now all is well.

Great machine. Love the look too. I use the quick settings most of the time to get my loads done which I like!
