    First off I love this machine, coming from an outdated toploader. My clothes have never felt so soft and clean! I love how fast and efficient it is. My only gripe is the Wi-Fi and the app never seems to work…

    Service was great my only issue the machine only came with a basic manual they give you a web sight to go to and that wasn't much help. Looking to see what all the settings were. The best part we went to lowes and were told 3 weeks for same washer

    Love it. Obviously when you get a new washing machine appliance, you get addicted to washing clothes for at least a month! It’s a great machine, so far so good. No complaints. Definitely get the warranty kits in case.

    Clothes are clean. It takes a long time to finish. Clothes stick in drum rather than drop down to bottom when finished. I may not see items remaining inside when I move clothes to the dryer.

    cute runs really nice. app is a little confusing. MAKE SURE TO WIPE DOWN INSIDE AFTER EVERY LOAD, just from experience from other front load washers if you arent doing this your washer isnt going to lost long
