Shortly after getting it, my sister had a cat pee on some of her clothes. Ran it through my washer with the steam cycle and completely odor free!

Lots of wash options, including steam & turbo wash. Turbo wash is great. Cuts was cycle in half. My wife does wish the glass on the door was clear. She likes to see the washer working.

It’s quiet and things I’ve washed are cleaner and the fabric is less stressed. I had to use an old upright agitator machine for a variety of reasons. Many settings to choose from.

When the washer arrived it had no such panel meaning the washer is not protected from mice/rats/vermin that might enter our garage. It's an appalling oversight to show inaccurate pictures of the appliance.

I like how it works well with my LG Tv and tells me when the Walker had finished. The size fit perfectly through the door frame with no issues

I like the 15 minute quick wash feature which allows for items that aren't very dirty. The machine does an excellent job of getting a lot of moisture out and has multiple spin settings.

I wash clothes 2 times a week, bedding and towels once a week. This washer does an amazing job, no matter how large or small the load

It gets everything super clean — cleaner than any commercial or consumer machine I’ve ever used — in 29 minutes. Great design with attractive colors and layout.

We use th ThinQ app for all of our LG products and works geat. Also can be added to Alexa! Only downside, this bad boy is extremely heavy. Recomend the free installation.
