    This is my second LG washer. My first one went 17 years. It’s still works but I upgraded my dryer last year so made the washer upgrade this year. LG makes the best washer and dryers

    Its a Great washer. I looked up consumer reports and have been waiting to get it at the right price. Very quite. Lot of functions. Steam and Turbo Wash. Most clothes come out pretty dry. Very less vibrations. No issues so far.

    I purchased this after looking at the photos on Best Buy's website that showed the bottom completely covered by a panel. When the washer arrived it had no such panel meaning the washer is not protected from mice/rats/vermin that might enter our garage. It's an appalling oversight to show inaccurate pictures of the appliance.

    Had one delivered and installed myself, turns out there was a defect causing water to leak into the machine when it was off and unplugged. Contacted Best Buy and they sent a tech out a week later with a new unit and included a free install. Machine has worked well since

    The washer is beautiful to look at as well as very efficient, steam option etc. I would recommend to others. Do not forget to hook up the Wi-Fi option as this keeps you updated on the status of the unit.
