    Only had for a couple of weeks, but from the use it's had so far... it works. I honestly wouldn't be bothered about the WiFi aspect... more annoying that it notifies via text (and App) when it's finished. We got on Sale, but if you're choosing WiFi or not.... save your $ and don't worry about WiFi.

    I purchased this washer because it was the only front-load, full size washer with a depth under 34" that I could find at Best Buy. I had clearance issues so this was a hard requirement. Overall, it works well and I'm happy with it so far. Only issue is that the wifi is very finicky and it won't connect to my router.

    This is my second LG washer. My first one went 17 years. It’s still works but I upgraded my dryer last year so made the washer upgrade this year. LG makes the best washer and dryers

    We got this and the matching dryer and we really like them both. They are easy to use, and the internet connectivity is an added bonus. It notifies us when the load is done and if there is any problem with the load.

    Really liking this washer. I can definitely notice the clothes are cleaner and smell fresher using a front loading washer. It's nice to get a notification on my phone when the wash is done. Can't go wrong with this washer.

    Had one delivered and installed myself, turns out there was a defect causing water to leak into the machine when it was off and unplugged. Contacted Best Buy and they sent a tech out a week later with a new unit and included a free install. Machine has worked well since
