    After 2 weeks of trying it, we are very frustrated that it does not use cold water. Even tested it to see if lines were reversed. The clothes ALL come out VERY HOT, not just a little warm. Another new issue is that the control panel is locked and can't be unlocked. When we flow the steps to unlock it, the display screen freezes and the only way to reset it is by turning it off then back on again.

    The original LG washer delivered & installed on 5/27/23 was damaged during shipping. The left side of the unit was bent and was quite loud during operation. We requested the unit be replaced ASAP and the following week (6/3/23) a new unit was delivered and installed. The new washer works just fine but the inconvenience & headache we've endured during this entire process was quite needless & unacceptable. All prior interactions w / Best Buy has been very good and as a result my expectations of Best Buy has always been quite satisfactory .... however this most recent transaction has shaken my faith in your organization.

    Too much problems with instalation and delivery

    I spent almost $10,000 on appliances at Best Buy on October 26, 2024. On January 11, 2025, they finished installing the washer and dryer after 6 visits due to changes due to damaged product and not knowing how to install the pedestal washing machine + large washer + dryer with steam function. After 3 months they gave me a $100 gift card. IF I HAD KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE RETURNED EVERYTHING I BOUGHT.

    The purchase of the unit was a horrible consumer experience. The unit was delivered with the rubber coupling badly mangled. We gave BB a chance to fix the unit and you sent the repair man to the wrong address. The customer team was unable to solve problems. They could only quote a script. The tech package is of no value.

    Wrong washer and dryer Wanted the one Allergies with an Orange sticker.....went to Best Buy westside madison wi and the employees still got it Wrong....not doing business in the future with Best Buy...I'm highly Allergic to dust, grass and pollen.

    Only j Had washer a few months (2) it is leaking water and my cycle control panel does not even let me select a mode to wash my clothes in… extremely frustrating and disappointing!

    Random Power Failure

    Random power failure mid cycle that was not due to a power outage. The machine “if” it powers on. Will get 1/4 way through the cycle and then power off due to a power failure. The control dial will randomly flash on/off. Geek Squad came out unplugged it, waited 5 minutes, plugged it back in and said it work because it powered on. 4 hours later, the machine won’t turn on….because there’s something mechanically wrong with it, go figure. Now, I’m waiting on Geek Squad to come back

    Horrible delivery service. Had to hire someone else to complete the install anf cant get best buy to refund the haul away and other charges. They’ve gutted customer service. But it feom aomeone else.
