I’ve purchased multiple LG washer and dryer never had any problem. This one is the best I’ve had so far. I love the cycle selector has display build in, easy enough to use. It also has light in drum, I can see what’s inside the washer clearly. It also matches the high and I width of my older LG 4.5cu ft dryer.

It us pretty quite and the AI feature is the best. Clothes come out clean

Love it, looks really sleek. I got it in the gray and I wasn’t disappointed. The dryers is best with gas, it dries really fast.

We love this washer. We have preferred a top load washer in the past, but have been very happy with this front load. It does a great job and is very efficient (wash times are much faster).

We love it - the color, the features - love that it lights up inside - so far, so good, been running great! Made sure to get a silicone mat to keep the top clean and scratch-free.

Was never a fan of LG products, but gave this one a shot due to reviews and it is well worth it. Washer/dryer stack fits perfectly in my small laundry room. Works great and actually cleans my clothes very well! Def recommend this product.

Came with a tear in the gasket. BestBuy refused to accept the return since we realized the tear after 15 days. Waiting for a technician to change the gasket for three weeks. They scheduled someone, did not show up. When I called, he said he did not get the repair request. Apparently, he is THE ONLY TECHNICIAN FOR WARRANTY REPAIR IN THE AREA, and he comes to my city only on Fridays. Before every Friday, I tried to make sure that he would come, but no no-show. When I called him in frustration, he said that he was doing us a "favor" and I should complain to LG. Constantly wrote to the customer service. Today, I learned that they are still looking for someone to repair our washing machine, which we used only 10 times. Told to follow up in 3-5 days. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY LG PRODUCT AGAIN, AND I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BESTBUY. Note: I wrote this review before but it was not published.

Much like the drier they look great and perform much the same clothes and towels come out noticeably softer and fluffier

I love our new dryer as it alerts me when it’s done through phone app and Alexa. I also like the idea that it even tells you when to clean the lints, pretty awesome.

Great size and the finish is beautiful. Lots of options for all the different loads of laundry you’d want to do!

I'm surprised how quick it washes the laundry. So far been around 35min to 1hr. Very happy with it.
