This washer is all I expected it to be and more. I love the turbo speed wash and the simple controls. It has my laundry smelling super fresh and I can get several loads washed in over half the time it normally takes. The sanitize feature is great for undergarments and the cycle signal is pleasant, not too loud but loud enough to hear throughout your home. The tub is huge and great for washing bedding and extra large loads. After the cycle is complete, the laundry is nearly dry so drying time is super fast. The Wi-Fi feature is an added plus although I don't use it as much as I thought I would. The installer was on time and the setup was quick. I'm still in love with my purchase..

Pretty cool washer with lots of options for choosing your load, yet pretty simple to use This washer is super quiet and does a good job cleaning. Have not used the Smart features yet, but looking forward to it. Would recommend. Good price compared to other Smart units like Whirlpool’s.

We have a very tight laundry closet, Best Buy came out to measure and suggested the LG set. We have been very happy with the performance. They are much quieter than the set they replaced.

We really like the wasy it looks, sounds and washer clothes very well. We have not tried the Wi-Fi or the steam features but I will for sure. It is a great investment and it's worth every dollar. I recommend it.

We purchased this model because we wanted to turbo wash. The turbo wash cycle is great and save us a lot of time and money. We also like the wifi; we are able to get alerts when the cycle is done. The black steel looks sharp too

I love, love, love this product. There is one negativity about this machine - there isn't a light: I, personally don't have a problem with this because my laundry room is well lit. I was very concerned about "VIBRATION." It is quiet, no vibration and the wash comes out very clean. I love the many features that come with this washer. It allows me to make choices. I have downloaded the features and now I can use the machine from my phone. I can do my laundry at night without thinking that i am disturbing my neighbors and the other people in my household. Will definitely recommend this washer to prospective buyers. I am "EXTREMELY PLEASED" with my purchase. Delivery was "EXCEPTIONAL." The workers were very courteous!!!

I’m missing a few features that LG does not do any more: hand wash program, extra water. The machine Is also running loudly, the display is black so you cannot see the programs well. All in all, a great washer, though.

Our washer was very old. We went to Best Buy and picked this model. We received some good deals on this washer. It is easy to use. It has different settings for different purposes. I am happy with this machine.

Very satisfied thus far. Have had another brand for years. This model is very functional and easy to use. Glad we purchased it with a dryer, in a throw back white color we haven’t had for years and like it.

When we moved into our new house, the clothes never came out clean. We decided to buy this washer. Wow! what a change. Clothes come out clean again :) I think the wifi feature is a bit gimmicky, but I still use it sometimes

Bought this washer with dryer and sidekick. All are working very well. We're using the sidekick more than we thought we would. These seem to be gentler on the fabrics than our old top-loader. Lots of cycle options, but "normal" seems to work well for almost everything. Had to install it myself with help from a neighbor because of the virus moratorium, but the only challenge was lifting this 10-ton washer onto the sidekick. Only complaint is the cycle-end song gets into your head worse than Baby Shark.

Like a lot of thing these days it may do a bit too much. Availability of steam on one side is a bit strange. Example, run a wash on Normal cycle with cold water but you get steam? It is quiet, fits in the same space as the previous 4.3 cu. ft. machine and it does a good job.

So far so good. Beautiful appliance. Clothes come out clean. No excessive vibration/noise.

I love my new LG washer. I love how easy it is to use and all the options to play with. I use more of the cycles than I thought I would, and like the connectivity with Alexa and my phone. Nice to be notified when laundry is done.

This washer works great, very quite, automatically adjust time to wash depending on weight

This washer is much better than the one it replaced. The tub is noticeably larger which allows me to wash more items and not feel it's overcrowded. My clothes are clean and the washer is nice and warm.

We went in looking for a different washer/dryer but it was on back order. The employee helping us suggested these ones and we love them! It's super quiet, works great, and we love all the settings.

I suffered with front load washer dryer set that was not working properly and caused stinky clothes and faulty programs. This washer has been great so far!!! Washes so much quicker and is very quiet!

It cleans clothes well, no problems with any smell coming from the gasket, smart features are gimmicky but at least it seems to use less energy

Bought this LG front load washer to replace an older washer of yours that was starting to fail. So far the unit is working great cleaning clothes as advertised. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new washer.
