Washer does a great job. Never had a LG product before and glad we made the switch. The black steel color is also a nice plus instead of white.

I was not sure I wanted a front loader at all! I tend to forget about laundry but with the app, my phone always lets me know when laundry is done! The steam feature is going to be a LIFE SAVER! My biggest laundry struggle has always been cleaning baseball pants. With the steam setting and a little stain remover, baseball pants a no longer an issue! The setting is a little long so allow time for that but so worth it!

This LG 14 cycle washer is great! Love the quick wash cycle especially when I have smaller loads. It’s quiet and efficient.

Best washer so far I’ve owned, fast wash cycles. I’ve owned Whirlpool and GE front loader washers and this has to be the best yet.

It's a good washer, fairly quiet. Can be set up vertically by stacking the dryer on top of it if your laundry room cannot accommodate both the washer & dryer next to each other.

This LG washing machine has been a vast improvement from our old machine. It is easy to use and so much easier to maintain.

Worst machine I’ve ever had. It rips and shreds your clothes. LG repair contractors have tried to fix it 6 times. It still rips clothes. LG refuses to acknowledge its machine is damaging clothes and won’t refund /replace. I am throwing out this brand new unit because it has caused over $800 of damage to our clothes. It is cheaper to throw this unit in the garbage and buy a different brand. Which is what I’m doing now.

I had an LG front loader for 17 years and wanted a new one. What can I say I love this new washer so happy with it.

I LOVE this Washer! This is my second set of LG washer & dryers. My first set are still working great, I gave them to my mom when hers went out, and I was moving anyway & got a new set. The washer is awesome with all its settings and load options. I know I am able to wash anything whether is needs to be super delicate, if its really needing deep cleaned, and everything in the middle. It also holds really large load and still cleans them like a champ!
