Had to purchase this as an open box, as our washer died. Easy to use has a lot of different cycles, would recomend.

Beautiful washing machine. It does a great job and has numerous options for cycles.

Works great. It goes through the cycles quietly and uses very little water.

My wife is very happy with the overall performance of this washing machine when compared to the G.E. that it replaced. The machine is very careful to balance the load before spinning causing almost no vibration. The built-in intelligence talks to her phone to alert her when the load is ready for the dryer. Pretty cool!

Excellent piece of equipment. Quiet, efficient, with plenty of modern features and cycle choices. Only complaint is that no light stays on after a load has finished, Sometimes I forget about the wash and a light that stays on until the clothes are removed would be a great reminder. That’s not a complaint, just a comment on my poor memory. It’s a great washing machine.

I love my new wash machine. It wash well any very efficient. The clothes smell clean and the drying time is decreased.

Machine was installed by three men. They arrived one hour earlier than the appointed time. They had to carry it to our second floor laundry room, the fist couple of weeks we were perplexed, none of the cycles seemed to be the correct water temperature. Through the help of a serviceman it was determined that the water hoses were switch, so we installed them in the right order and all seems to be ok. I do not know if the points for the purchase have been credited to my account. Judith Wenig

Wash does a good job with a lot of automatic modes. Does have balance issues with large loads like bedding with a comforter.

I had the previous model of six years ago and this one works that much better!

Very happy with the LG washing machine. It fits perfectly in the space next to my older LG dryer. It replaced an LG that went out after 12 years. Next I will replace the dryer with the matching one. I was happy with the delivery service until they took out the driveway lights and a sprinkler head and then took off without saying anything.
