I had to wait a over a week for delivery. The installer never went over all the features of the washer (which I thought no be deal) and must not have checked to see if it worked or not before he left. When I used the washer the water never entered the washer. Waited 10 days to have someone come look at my brand new washer to tell me it doesn't work. And now there is no stock of the washer that I purchased. And no stock of other styles in stock at the current time. Purchased on 8/22/20 and as yet on washer!!! Waiting for more stock to arrive.

We had them outdoors and we finally decided to get our laundry room ready indoors. So we purchased a new set for the house. Let me start off that our washer was in excellent shape and never had had to replace or fix anything in 10 years!!!! Our dryer went stopped heating after 10 years! So with this experience we decided to purchase another set of LG washing machine. Now exactly to a year, our washing machine makes this extremely loud banging noise that hurts our ears very badly when the drum is rotating. We are currently contacting LG to see what can be done and see if we can get it fixed even with a few days after the year guarantee. I’ll update this review once I get a hold of someone!

Washer does not work with Smartthinq

LG has not provided a solution. Don't purchase this product if the connectivity is important to you.
