The first one leaked out the front on cold cycles. It was determined to be a manufacturers defect. When the replacement arrived, the same leaking occurred on the cold setting. We returned and ordered an Electrolux from The Home Depot.

There was also a mechanical issue. We are a family of 3 and do laundry a couple times a week. Expected more from LG.

Washer leaks internally

Just had install yesterday. 1st load of clothes washed and ended up with a floor full of water. Not leaking from external connections or exterior door seal. I will gladly change my review if i can get prompt attention to get it fixed.

Disappointed buyer

Worked well initially, then started noticing water under the unit. Called service in while still under year warranty, and ran a short empty cycle and said he couldn't replicate the issue. Unfortunately, it is still leaking when we run cycles. It is frustrating we contact LG with issue, it wasn't fixed and now we are left with a unit that still leaks from bottom. The unit is less than 1.5 years old, and started leaking even before a year.

I bought this washer to replace an LG that I had for 12 years. I loved my old washer. The quality of the new model is not as good. I had to have someone come out to fix it in less than 6 months.

Terrible do not buy

LG continuously ignored my requests for service by claiming the contractor near me would get in touch with me. The contractor never responded and LG did not do anything to help. Died just after Warren the ran out

The washing machine started leaking from the bottom at multiple points on day 1. Triple checked all connections and everything is dry. Got two soaked rags under the machine. Returning and going back to a Maytag. Would not recommend due to poor quality control.

Too much maintenance!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No one told me about the mold problem that will exist owning a front load washer I wasn’t aware of this until I read the book it said that I had to wipe down the drum every time or after every wash and then every few months you have to dilute bleach with water And rub on the drum to prevent mildew are you kidding me !!!!! after I mention this to several people they said oh yeah front loads are a total pain and you will get mildew I don’t know how they sell these machines
