WE PURCHASED THIS LG WASHER THROUGH BEST BUY! WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! EVERYTHING WORKED AS PLANNED! WE LOVE THE WASHER! PERFORMS AS ADVERTISED! I HAVE EVERY KIND OF WASHER LOAD FROM DELICATE TO TOWELS, AND THE LAUNDRY COMES OUT WONDERFUL! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE!!! ALSO BEST BUY WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND DID JUST WHAT THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD DO!

Had to buy a new washer, because my old one, which was nine years old, was leaking. Really wanted this machine in white, but it was back ordered, so we purchased the black steel…and I am so glad we did! It looks beautiful in the laundry room. The icing on the cake is how well the machine washes clothes and how quiet it is!!

I have enjoyed using my washer machine along with the matching dryer. It has been a great addition to my home care. It is easy on my clothes but gets the clothes clean and fresh. It is very easy to u use and fit perfectly in my area. The installers were professional and explained to me in detail how to use the machine.

I miss having an interior light. I have not been able to figure out how to set up a cycle on my phone to download to the machine, but not a biggie so far...

This is a great washing machine! It comes with a lot of features, many of which I'm not sure I would use but may come in handy in the future. It auto senses how much laundry to determine how much water to use. It's pretty quiet. The control panel at first glance looks overwhelming, but it's easy to set a wash cycle.

This dryer has many different options to choose from for your dryer needs. It also has steam dry which I enjoy. The dryer itself is very quiet and fits in nicely in the space that is provided at my house. I also think that the color is quite good too. Nice purchase and I got a good price on a price match.

Our 2009 LG set went kaput and some repair people said 11years was a great run, so we went with this year’s model. I must say, so far it’s just as good if not better than the last set. Clothes haven’t been this clean in a while. Even got out stains that have been there for a while that I never thought would come out.

The washer is very quiet and efficient. living in an apartment our concern is noise, and we cannot even hear this washer during the spin cycle when we are just 15 feet away. We love the steam feature as our clothes come out smelling fresh.

Our 10 year old LG washing machine stopped working so we decided to get a new one instead of fix it. So far, this machine has performed better then expected. Additionally, we are very happy we decided to spend the extra $ to get the turbo wash.

I have been very happy with this purchase. My older washer did not have the tilted tub like this does. It’s easy to load, choose a wash cycle. I definitely recommend the pedestal to keep the back pain away. It’s so much quieter and fast run cycle even for larger loads of laundry for a family of 5.

I'm starting to think that this might be overkill for my needs. This thing has handled everything I have thrown at it with ease and holy crap is it quiet. I did end up turning off the end of cycle audio alert. It's a bit much. Haven't used any of the wifi features because...THAT is overkill. :-D

Love this washer. It’s large enough to handle my bedspread and it has a turbo function that shortens the washing time but the clothes still get super clean. There are a lot of functions that I haven’t had a chance to use yet. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable too.
