This is a great washer. While it runs, it produces lees sound compared to the other washer I have had. Takes less detergent and finishes in less time. The cloths are washed properly. I am able to wash small comforters. I wish it is a little bit to fit in my big king size comforters.

This washing machine has been great so far. The large number of settings available has made doing laundry easier and quicker. The noise is so minimal, we hardly know it’s running. There is also a delightful charm when the load is complete when compared to a standard buzzer.

Back in early February my wife and I found ourselves in the never fun situation where our old (12+ years) washer and dryer stopped working. We did some research and decided to replace our old set with a new LG Washer and Dryer set. The LG Washer Model we purchased was: - Washer: LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer w/Steam This new LG Washer has been fantastic!! It gets the cloths nice and clean, and seems to do so in way less time than our old washer did, so we love not spending nearly as much time doing Laundry! We highly recommend this LG Washer, as it's very easy to use and does a great job. Wife couldn't be happier!! :)

Purchased this after my Samsung died ed. I had gotten a LG dryer last summer when the old one died, so i was trying to match up with what I had. I can't be happier with it so far, it has cut our wash time down by 15-20 min. The speedwash feature seems to really work and the clothes are really clean.

Seems to clean well. has some cycles that are rather long at times.

This machine has all the features that I want for a washer: flexibility in choices for cycles, water temperatures, delay start, etc. The WiFi is easy to set up and convenient for checking status when you are not near the machine. I am very happy with this product.

Impressive machine. It looked very complicated at first vs the old machine it replaced. However it is very user friendly and nice to get a notification on the phone when the laundry is done. It is also nice to have the turbot option. Laundry comes very clean.

So far, I am happy with the washer. I tried it with just a few wash options, and then tried with Normal, with letting the washer do what it does. Much better with letting the washer determine what to do automatically. Not always working with the WIFI connection. I have gotten both washer and dryer connected, but haven't been able to get them connected with Alexa yet, and the connection doesn't always reset itself. I wash once a week, and sometimes it connects to the WIFI and lets me know what the status of the wash is, and sometimes, it just doesn't. Overall, I am happy with the washer.

This front loader is much more advanced than my last one bought 8 years prior. Our last washer took forever to wash even a small load. This one even has a 15 minute cycle. The WiFi feature works good on my dryer but I have only had the washer connect once. Not a deal breaker as it’s an almost useless feature. The bad is that we built a brand new house and this was installed a month before we moved in. We finally started using it and after 2-3 weeks noticed an odd smell in our laundry room. Finally called for service and it turned out that Best Buy installed the washing machine drain hose too far into the trap so it was siphoning back into the washing machine causing the horrid smell. I really wanted a white set and ended up with the grey because they were out of stock. Looks good but consider if one breaks and needs to be replaced they will always make white, not sure about odd colors so you’ll be buying both washer and dryer or have a mismatched set

The LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Wifi, Steam and TurboWash 360 Technology - Black Steel is highly recommended. Don't forget to connect to WiFi and keep the door open often to keep moisture from building in unit.

The washer needs time to dry after each use LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN! otherwise your stuff is going to stink next load. Easy to clean. This one likes to catch the oddities from your pockets. Balance is KEY

What I like most about this washer is that it is extremely straightforward to use. Power up and start. Just choose the setting you use most and let it run. LG washers pretty much run the show so look for the right sale and make washing easy.

Lots of settings to choose from and also has a steam setting. WiFi capable to pair with a smartphone that notifies when washer is done. LG is one of the best brands and I wouldn’t buy anything else

Lots of options and cleans well. We like the steam options. Our previous washer was LG and we liked it enough to buy another one. My one complaint would be an extremely short drain hose. Our old LG washer had a long enough hose but this one was so short I had to go out and buy an extension before we could use it.

Love, love, love this washer machine. Once it was balanced, it is significantly quieter than my old one. Washes efficiently and has tons of options to take care of business. Highly recommend.

My last washer would take 30 plus minutes to finish a wash cycle. This machine, with turbo wash, rarely takes longer than 15 minutes. At first, when the cycle was finished, my garments were more wet than I would have liked. I increased the spin speed and I no longer have that issue. Also, so far, the phone app performs the advertised functionality. I would recommend this washer.

The washer works great seems to get our clothes cleaner. Further the clothing does not take as long to dry as more water is remove during the spin cycle than with our previous machine.

This new washer has been everything that we expected. It is much more water efficient and much quieter than our old machine. We were worried that the wash time might be too long, but that hasn't been an issue at all. Good machine, great purchase!
