So far, so good! This is my second LG washing machine and it is just as awesome as the first one! It cleans, is relatively quiet, and when it's done it sings a sweet little tune versus the annoying buzzer. It's a great product whether washing delicates or a king size comforter!

Although at first I thought it was a little complicated to use, once I figured out how to use the machine, I find it easy to use, although I haven't tried all options. I like the machine. It washes well and clothes comes out well pressed ready for the dryer. Hard to read the options in the black area. I need to use a flash light for that.

In my opinion, washing machines are becoming too complicated, but I do love my new LG washer. It's simple to use, with the exception of being able to manually pick a wash cycle and temperature. It's very quiet, which is a plus, and seems durable.

The washer has been easy to use and has all of the features that someone might need in a household. The size of the load it handles is surprising large so you are seldom doing full loads.

This washer is very smooth and does a great job of washing all items. The washer that this one replaced was also a HE machine and supposedly self balancing but would frequently display the dreaded UE (uneven) code which required manually rearranging the load. The LG machine handles all sizes and types of loads with no problems. Really like it so far.

Because of space limitations, we chose to purchase this energy saving top loader rather than the more highly rated front loader. (Unless you have room to keep a front loader door open ALL the time, you might consider this top loader). No, the clothes won't be submerged in water. That is not the way this washer operates. You'll be wondering how on earth your clothes will get clean. But, miraculously, they will. We've now had this washer for about a month, and we are 100% pleased; Reviewers who fault the machine for not submerging the clothes entirely are unclear about how the machine operates. It is just a different technology.

We just replaced our 13 year old front loader because the seal gave out. This top loader without an agitator can hold a ton of laundry! We can now wash more than we can dry at a time! It’s water efficient, quiet, and plays a cute little tune to let you know when the wash is done.

I've had this 3 weeks now and love it. Its large and easy to use. Read consumer reports before looking and they pretty much say you cant go wrong with LG. Replaced a 12 year old front loader (Bosch) that was twice the price. Much happier with top loader so far. Very quiet and load is done in an hour.

Great washer. Make sure to measure your space carefully as it was very close to not fitting in the area I wanted it to be. Very efficient and quiet. Had great reviews and the price was right on. I am hopeful this LG washer will last a very long time!!

This washing machine was a replacement for a whirlpool that went bad in 2.5 years. It is extremely quiet, washes well and has a simple sleek look that I really like. I especially enjoy the chime to indicate the finishing of the wash! Highly recommend.

Have had this washing machine for just over a month. It is very dependable and efficient. It runs very quietly does a great job cleaning. Best Buy did a super job in delivery when promised and setting up new machine. Would recommend both Best Buy and the LG washing machine to anyone.

I have really enjoyed using this washer. It is easy to use and the does an impressive job cleaning our clothes. I like that the washer plays a tune when the clothes are finished. the controls are great and the readout of time remaining is very helpful.

These LG appliances, (especially this washer) are terrific - efficient, quite and clean and dry well. Very grateful to own them. Many other machines were much more expensive, but did not have better ratings and repair records. The wife is thrilled, too!

Bought a washer/dryer combo because the old front load washer stopped working, really like the top loader, takes on a big load without difficulty and like all the options. Easy to operate and does a great job. Didn't want or need any of the "smart" options and this fit the bill.

This is my first no center agitator washing machine. I was surprised at how well it cleaned and how little detergent it used. The machine was relatively quiet. I like the top loader because the top can stay open when not in use so there is less chance of mold.

Its a great HE washer. Works like a charm with ample capacity. I was concerned about its lack of agitator and being HE. But it can take on large loads and cleans well. And the musical note at the end is a pleasant ending.

Only has washer for 4 weeks but it works great, cleans very well and is very quiet. If you read and follow the instructions this unit works well. Hope it lasts as long as my front load LG washer it replaced. Good service from BestBuy sales staff.

Learning how to load and which cycles to choose was quite different from the standard agitator, you control washers I've previously owned. The various selections make doing laundry much easier according the the garments' fabric content. You save a lot on water with the proper amount of water added according to the weight sensor system. You can also add more water with the "Water Plus" feature if you want for a "Deep Wash." After having it for 3 weeks, now, I have gotten familiar with the control settings, and love the clean wash that I get. I use non-toxic laundry products - a liquid detergent and extra powdered enzyme additives as a laundry boost and another for stains. Since there were no dispensers for the powders, I can easily add them by sprinkling them over the clothes when the "Add a Garment" light is on when and water begins to dill the tub.

After our 16 yr old F-P washer started acting up, we found it would be more economical to purchase a new washer than try to find a repairman AND parts. This LG washer was very highly rated, both by users and Consumer Reports. Although it doesn't have some of the settings and features of our old machine, it makes up for it in size, efficiency, and new options. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to wash our duvet without any jams or unbalanced load! We haven't received an electric bill to compare that cost, but it does use less energy than the old machine. Best Buy's delivery people quickly removed the old machine, and quickly set up the new one. Less than 10 minutes, which was nice to reduce possible exposure times! With the additional Geek Squad warranty, we're hoping to have another long lasting appliance in our home. Thank you Best Buy!

I love this top loading washer, no more leaning down to put laundry in and out. But it can still handle a queen sized comforter with ease, and is still high efficiency. Doesn't smell as much as the front loaders too! Runs quietly and sings a nice little song when it's all done!
