Much more room without the agitator taking up a lot of the tub. Very unique operation from the traditional way machines used to clean, but it gets the clothes clean. Very quiet running and is well balanced. Qualifies for energy efficient rebate.

Purchased another LG washer, after my 15 year old LG front loader finally died on me. 15 years is an amazingly long run for something that got used everyday, multiple times. It was hard to say goodbye, considering it had washed all my children's clothes since they were newborns. This new one works like a charm. Great install by Geek Squad. Nice guys even threw in new water hoses for free.

Spent hours researching brands and finally decided on the LG. Has all the cycles that I need. Working good, quiet, easy to learn. Only downside is that I am short and had to get a block of wood to stand on to get things out of the bottom.

Only have had this about a month l but so far complaints. I love how big it is and quiet. Previously there was a sulfur smell when draining and I just figured it was the water. The smell has gone away since getting a new washer, so grateful!

Two hours to wash one load seems insane to me. But i have adjusted and it seems to be doing a good job. The liquid vs powder option and additives, I've figured out how to work with. Still playing around with it, learning its idiosyncrasies.

So far, I have been very pleased with this washing machine. It cleans well and is quiet. If it had a rinse only cycle, I would likely call it perfect. (I’ve gotten around this by using speed wash instead, and 28 minutes later, voila!)

Omg this washer is the best! I am sooo pleased with my purchase. Has more bells and whistles than I thought but the best part is not only how stylish it is it works excellent and the tub is huge!!

So far after a couple of weeks it has been a great washing machine. It is quiet, water conserving and does a great job getting things clean. Still figuring out all the wash options but otherwise great!

Great washer, it is quiet and amazing how much more room is in the washing machine without the agitator inside. All the features make this a great washing machine. I would definitely recommend this machine and would purchase again.

Love it so far. Best Buy installation was done quickly and correctly by a friendly, knowledgeable team. The washer has a large capacity, is much quieter than the front-loader it replaced, and works great.

The washer has a good capacity, it’s efficient, and it does the job it’s supposed to do. Dirty clothes go in, clean, wet clothes come out. You should probably get a dryer if you don’t want wet clothes.

The machine is quite easy to operate and is very quiet, which is quite different from my old agitator washer. I like the material that LG used inside the machine which is stainless steel compared with other brands. Highly recommended!

Wish the washer had a backlit touch panel to see the wash selection in a low light setting. easy installation and easy to use. Only had the washer for a month, no problems so far.

Very nice set (bought with matching dryer). Put in our beach house which is on stilts so we couldn't use a front load machine. Unit is quiet, no vibration, does even a load of beach towels in one run.

I switched back to a top loading machine for convenience. Very happy with my choice. The tub is large enough for a comforter. The washing directions are easy with many options. I would recommend this machine.

Once you figure out the settings it is easy to use. Does a wonderful job at cleaning all types of soiled laundry. We’ve had it for a little over a month now and my wife won’t stop thanking me for getting this.

After much research we opted for this machine. The size works well for small and large comforters. Quiet and seems to not have issues with balancing larger loads. I recommend but at this point only had it a couple of weeks.

LG makes great appliances. I was very happy the guy in best buy recommend this washer machine. It's super quiet, uses enough water to get a thorough wash and it has no agitator. Very pleased with my first owned washer machine.

This washing machine is great for the price. It's easy to use, it's quiet and it's spacious enough for a big load of laundry! This is an excellent appliance! Highly recommended!

I’ve always liked old school washers. They got the job done and it was easier to manage. I didn’t wanna have to deal with new tech and all that. The thing about this washer is that even though it has new tech, it is easy to use. I like to look around and investigate which button does what and so on. The manual could have been better at explaining so I didn’t have to go through experience to learn, but I really like this washer. Totally recommend it.
