Love the look, the drum size and how quiet it is! Very solid, quality product - thank you, LG! Love the options it has for various loads, and although I don’t overload, it’s nice to have such a big drum to fit more in it than my last, small machine. I initially thought it was crazy to have a tempered glass top, but I find myself looking in during a cycle every now and then. I love this set so much (have the gas dryer too), that I told my sister to buy the same set. I know it’s brand new, but it’s like having a sparkly new toy. Plus the end of cycle ‘song’ it plays is convenient, pleasant, and fun to listen to! Laundry now is a whole new experience...in a good way!

Quiet, great washer, got the large capacity and can wash a Queen size comforter. The only thing to criticize is the lack of instructions included.

Old washer gave out on us so we were in the market for a new one. After looking and comparing other washers I chose to go with this one and Best Buy had it for a cheaper price than competitors. Had Best Buy deliver and install which was extra but they did a good job. Unfortunately when they first delivered unit it was damaged in the front so we refused the delivery and they sent out a new washer a couple of days later which was fine. Machine works great, very quiet and cleans clothes well. I am happy with this purchase

Great washer for a second floor laundry room. When the washer is running we do not hear it on the first floor. Cleans clothes well and has several options for what type of wash you want for your clothes or large items.

Timely delivery and professional installation! I am impressed with how clean clothes are after being washed. The tub is large & deep, which makes washing comforters much easier than the one we previously owned.

Great workhorse machine! Big or small loads - does a great job getting everything clean! Already had this but loved it so much bought a 2nd one for vacation home.

I bought this washing machine based on a review from Consumer Reports, and it has met my expectations. Prior to the purchase, I read the reviews of this machine; so I took care to read the instructions before using it. After six loads of laundry (over a two week period) ranging from bedsheets to bath towels to clothes, I think I understand what it takes to ensure maximum washing efficiency. For bedsheets, I actually prefer to use the "deep wash" function, rather than "bedding," because the "deep wash" is more thorough. I also use this function for bath towels. At the same time, I press "water plus" to add more water to the tub so that sheets and towels can move more freely to ensure better cleaning. I also include an extra rinse cycle for bath towels. My old washer had an agitator; so I used less powder detergent to prevent the soap from building up in the towels. With the LG, I've had to adjust and use more detergent since it's mainly the tub motion, rather than an agitator, that churns whatever is in the tub. This LG is definitely more quiet than my old washing machine. I like the extra features; and it's actually easy to use after reading the instructions.

This replaced a 30+ year old washer so it has been quite a difference. We are doing fewer loads with less water. It is quieter and easier to load and unload than its predecessor.

The tub is so large I think I could fit in there. Its amazing the way it washes. I couldn't get over how it cleaned the clothes. Very Happy with this product.

Works fantastic. Only need to wash one time to get the same results as my last washer washing twice. Holds and does a weeks worth or wash in one load. Excellent mach.

I have had less than a month, but it is easy to use, works great, cleans clothes. If this continues to work like it currently does, it maybe the best washing machine I have ever purchased!

I bought this washer a few weeks back and I have to say it has made a huge difference compared to my old washer. It fits a lot more and washes everything much better than any washer I have ever owned.

Very large load capacity. Does an excellent job washing clothes. Tub is very deep, so short people may have problem unloading machine. I wish there was more information on the various settings on this machine.

Great washer, holds a large load of clothes without any issues. Clothes come out clean and fresh each time. I like the top loader that let's me add things in if I forgot anything.

I am loving my new LG washing machine. It is a great size and performs really well. It is also very quiet when it is running. It has a great selection of options to choose from. It seems to be gentle on the clothes.

This LG washer works great. We had originally purchased a Samsung, but upon finding that the normal wash cycle on the Samsung was close to 3 hours, we exchanged it for this LG. The normal wash cycle on this LG for us is 40-60 minutes. The washer is quiet and vibration free. We are very happy with this purchase. The only thing I don't like about the washer, but which is common to most new washers now, is the pull out drawer in the middle/rear area for the detergent and fabric softener. I wish these was the old fixed style. And the fixed bleach dispenser in the left front corner can be easily mistaken for the detergent dispenser.

We upgraded from a 13 year old GE basic model, and this new LG washer is just great. Huge capacity, smart technology, efficient with water and gets everything super clean.

Does a good job cleaning and is easy to use. Be aware that the tub is deep and if you're short like I am it can be a stretch to get that last item out. Otherwise I've liked everything. The controls are pretty simple and straightforward after reading the manual. I was surprised that the washer comes with it's own "cleaning" cycle which should be done on a regular basis. It does require HE laundry detergent so be careful you are using that kind.

My previous washer was 20 years old and never had a service call. So far this LG is cleaning well and I am adjusting to the new technology. Wasn't sure about this lower water usage, but it works. I debated about getting a front loader, but I am over 75 and bending down to remove items was an issue. I don't have room for a pedestal to raise it. I like the top loader and I discovered that using a plastic tongs helps me reach in to remove items when necessary. I love the glass lid so I can observe. I hope it continues to work well without problems. Delivery person was excellent with installation. I was nervous about having a stranger during this pandemic.

Was debating between a washer with agitator and this one. Found out that this one cleans just as well. Wash in Deep Wash cycle when washing my kids extra dirty cloths. Very easy to use.
