This the second one we bought. We bought one for ourselves then bought one for my mother. Easy to use and does a great job.

Good machine. It does everything that a clothes washing machine should do. Quiet operations and institutive menu controls makes it a easy machine to operate.

Literally the beat washer and dryers I’ve ever had. They are quiet, easy to use and get the job done quickly. I haven’t learned all the settings however.

Works great, saves water by automatically sensing load size , clothes come out clean and very dry , king size comforter fits easily.

We’ve had this dryer for about two months now, and it works great. It's very quiet, holds a ton of laundry, and plays a nice little tune when the laundry is done.

update July 29th 2021 ---as of 3 weeks ago, this washer is no longer running! initial though I love it. it doesn't leave muggy smell like how front load would. I bought this one to replace the less than 10 years old LG front loaded washer. I expect this to last at least 8 years not 2. We have been going to laundry mat for the past few weeks. Today we are calling them for estimate. If it is allow I will post update.

Great washer at a great price. I was replacing my older LG washing machine and this was so similar but much quieter and efficient!

I had a front loader washer machine for 12 years. It broke so I bought this one. I am so glad I did. It holds a lot of clothes. I have notice such a difference in how it cleans compared to my front loader. I think the front loader wasn't even washing my clothes as good as this one does. I also love how you can see in the washer while it is washing. Anyone who buys this washer. Just a tip... keep lid open when done washing to let the drum dry otherwise I have heard that it can smell. I have been keeping my lid open when not in use since I bought it.. I have had no issues.

The item is easy to use and does a great job. Easy to load and unload with a deep tub. Great options on the dial and set and go. Love it!!

Wow, I love this washing machine. Easy to operate. Extremely quiet while washing clothes. Many dials to choose from for what is to be washed. Very happy with this purchase.

Large enough for my queen down comforter with room for duvet cover. Super quiet, don’t even know it’s running. Happy with my purchase.

The machines are so quiet sometimes I forget I did laundry but the machine makes a pretty melody when the cycles are done as a reminder, which is way better than dealing with a harsh buzzer! The machine also weighs your laundry and dispenses the appropriate amount of water to conserve which is really environmentally friendly! My only issue was with delivery, Best Buy delivery guys pointed out some dings on one of my machines when installing but they were so minor I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning over it. Besides esthetics, I love my new W/D set!

Very large tub. Seems to use less water and detergent. Quiet. Finally figured out how to program the cycles. Like owning a new computer.

Washer does a very good job. Went from front loader to this top load. Takes a bit of getting used to but good washer for price. Has many settings and easy to operate.

I love the big tub size. It automatically adapts to whatever size load you put in Instead of you guessing if it is small or medium or whatever. It is a very quiet machine even in a small apartment.

Giant capacity! Cleans clothes very well and energy efficient. Like the top load feature clothes are not all knotted up like our old front loader!
